Nathan's POV
"Don't forget what I told you, Alpha Arthur," I warn him, my voice cutting through the tension like a blade.
"I gave you my word. I won't say anything unless she brings it up first. But who is that man she's introducing Harlow to?" His eyes track Gianna's movements as she guides our daughter toward Alpha Holt.
"I'll go fetch Rhea while you four handle this conversation," my mother interjects, appearing beside us. Through our mental connection, she asks if I want her to bring my father as well.
Not yet, I respond silently.
"Branch is keeping Luna Barbara company," I tell her aloud. The bond between my son and Krysta's mother still amazes me with its natural ease.
"Alpha Arthur, Grace, follow me," I command, noting how their attention remains fixed on Gianna.
If they dare disturb the fragile peace she's finally beginning to embrace, I'll destroy them both without hesitation.
