At the time, Kurama thought the guy was just a puny insect, not worth his attention.
But then that damn Madara's eyes flashed, and suddenly Kurama was under his control…
And that's when his miserable life began.
Madara turned him into a glorified summoning beast and dragged him to some place called Konoha, where he had to fight a guy named Hashirama Senju!
Back then, Kurama didn't take Hashirama seriously at all.
Madara was terrifyingly strong, and with Kurama—the mightiest tailed beast—by his side, who could possibly stand a chance?!
Especially when Madara wrapped him in that monstrous Susanoo armor. Kurama felt like he could take on even the Sage of the Six Paths himself!
But then Hashirama clapped his hands and summoned a thousand-meter-tall Buddha statue…
And Kurama got beaten to a pulp.

Those two were absolute freaks!!
He was supposed to be the strongest tailed beast, but in front of Madara and Hashirama, he was nothing more than a toy…
The worst part? After Hashirama pummeled him, he had the audacity to say Kurama's power was too dangerous and needed to be sealed!

Left with no choice, Kurama decided to bide his time and behave.
So, he stayed quietly sealed in Mito's body…
When he was bored, he'd observe human… mating habits.
And, gotta say, while Hashirama was crazy strong, his performance in that department was pretty pathetic. The guy even needed supplements to keep up… Hilarious for a tailed beast!
Life with Mito wasn't too bad, all things considered. Kurama figured once she died, he'd finally be free.
After all, human lives were short, but tailed beasts like him were practically eternal…
But then, when Mito got old, she transferred him straight into another redhead—Kushina Uzumaki!
Once again, Kurama found himself trapped in a human's body.
He figured Kushina couldn't possibly be as strong as Mito, so he started plotting another escape…
Only to get strung up and whipped by those damn golden chains again!
Fine, he'd endure!
He was the Nine-Tails! Kurama! The strongest tailed beast!!
If it meant waiting, he'd wait. Once Kushina died, he'd make his move!
So, stuck in Kushina's body, he witnessed human mating habits again…
Minato Namikaze was a bit better than Hashirama in that department, but honestly, not by much.
As a tailed beast, Kurama couldn't wrap his head around why humans did this stuff. Did it really make them happy?!
Especially those golden chains that had tied him up before—he often saw Kushina use them to tie up Minato…
And Minato looked like he was enjoying it!
How could being tied up feel good?!
Humans were so weird…
Finally, the day came when Kushina was about to give birth.
Kurama found the little life growing alongside him in her body kind of interesting.
He'd watched it develop bit by bit.
But on the day that kid was born…
He saw those evil eyes again!!

And just like that, he was controlled once more…
Though he was briefly free during that chaos, Minato—that freak—decided to drag him down with him in death!!
