"We're good," Jie announced. Her voice carried a mix of relief and lingering nerves.

Yushan didn't seem affected by the news in any visible way. His expression didn't shift, and his posture didn't ease, but it wasn't because he didn't care. He simply knew he had spoken the truth, and to him, that was enough. What mattered most was that people would stop speaking about Jun the way they had started to.

Even so, he looked distant for a moment, his thoughts drifting somewhere else entirely, as if something heavier than the situation was quietly weighing on him.

"Thank God," Nana sighed, the tension releasing from her shoulders as she finally allowed herself to breathe. "Maybe we can end the shooting today and go on tomorrow." The suggestion came softly, sounding more like a gentle plea than a plan.
