I was arrived at this kingdom for like 5 days ago. Bodarkia kingdom, this is the worst kingdom that I've ever seen, the citizens are full of despair. It is a common thing to saw plenty of beggar and thief around here. Fortunately, my swordsmanship skill are so useful thanks to all of those years of training. The kingdom are quite dim due to the minimum light around the street. The buildings and roads are made by dark brick which make it worse as if it absorb the sun lights. Moreover, there is nothing safe on the street when the night comes. Catastrophe and crime are everywhere, especially at the night.
I quit staring at the window of my room and move out from the building while also pick my sword. Along the way to the building's exit, my neighbors room are noisy, full of glass break sound and any other violence sound. A domestic violence I assume. I getting used to it since the 2nd days I am here. Like the other day, this morning there were so many people crowding along the street. I passing through those crowd and trying to find a pub where I used to work.
Afterwards, I found the pub. I enter the pub and its already quite hectic with those who want to take a breakfast. And yet, this is the strangest kingdom from my entire journey because the citizens here are only taking main dishes to take care of their starve rather than buy some a stress relive dishes in the pub. I went to the counter of the pub and met with the pub owner. She then said something to me.
"Ah, finally you came. Wear your apron and put your weapon in the corner."
Hoo, I think it might be good to be teasing her right now.
"Really? No greetings? I'm still new here y'know?"
Then she grumbled while still serving the customers.
"Oh boy, am I always supposed to say 'Hello Mr. Neil Amor, thanks for saving my pub 5 days ago. Please take wear your apron and put your sword in the corner.'? It is way too formal!"
"But I'm still a new employee right? Plus, don't you for get that I am the savior of this pub?"
She then staring at me with those irritated eyes.
"Huft, just help me now or today will be your last day to be working with me."
"Whoa, chill Teressa, I'm just joking around haha."
"Sounds more like teasing rather than just a joke to me."
I put my sword in the corner of the counter and then take the apron in the cupboard. After I wear it, I walk to the kitchen and cook some food that have been ordered by the customers. While I cook, Teressa simultaneously add the notes of dishes that is ordered by the customers.
I remembered when I was first time arrived at the Bordakia Kingdom. The first thing that I search for is a restaurant. However, the first thing I saw is a pub, and at that moment my starvation are cannot be helped anymore. So I decided to went straight to the pub so I could grab something to eat.

I enter the pub and while making a wish that I will smell something delicious from the pub. Unfortunately, I wasn't found any good smells. Rather than a good smells, I found mans that are pointing their sword to a girl behind the counter. The girl are raised her hand while said something.
"I have no more goods left, please leave me alone!"
Then one of the peoples who pointing their sword to that girl grinning and said:
"If there's nothing left, maybe your body could pay up until the amount of we want to take for are accomplished? I guess it will gave us more pleasure than just a bunch of money."
Then all of the mans who pointing their sword are laughing as if they think they are who holding the situations.
And from the moment I heard 'your body could pay', I already felt furious towards them. They were definitely a pervert who are having the most ugliest life and face in this world. I walk through the crowd that are didn't budge at all then I swung my sword to one of the mans neck.
SWUNG
I behead one of the mans head. Then all of the mans are staring at me while pointing their sword to me. One of the mans said:
"How dare you—"
I cut of his words.
"Really, where are the so called 'knights' here? Why didn't they stop such a robbery?"
The mans face look mad, then he command his colleagues.
"Attack!"
They swing their sword towards me. However, I managed to dodge all of them. Their movement are slow and easy to be predict, how dare such an unskilled person trying to rob someone else? Furthermore, they were so rude.
Then I parry all of their attack which result their sword to fall off from their hand.
"How—"
Right before he finish his words, I slash all of their chest deeply.

And just like that, all of them are now just a corpses now. Actually, where is the knight of this kingdom? How can they flee just because of these bugs?
"This is ridiculous, how such a bugs like this threatening the citizens? where's those so called 'knights' here?"
The customers remain silent, while the bartender that previously being threatened speak up.
"Firstly, I want to say thank you for saving me and my business. Secondly, the knights here aren't reliable, they are corrupt and have zero sense of justice. The only thing they care about is to not being demoted by the king."
That is interesting. As far as my journey started, this is my first time heard a citizen critique the knights of their own kingdom.
"Whoa, you are so honest ma'am. Can you introduce me about this kingdom?"
She maintain her eye contact to me then said,
"There's not much I can tell you, but one thing certain is you need money to live and you better start to work because there is something called 'traveler compensation' here unlike in another kingdom."
Sounds pretty bad for me.
"Have you any work recommendations for me?"
"To be honest it isn't possible to get a job as an employee. However, even though I never intended to hire an employee because it means my income will be divided, I will give you a job as a chef since you safe my life."
"How much coins will I get?"
"50% of the daily income, so I'll pay you daily."
"That was huge amount of wage, do you really don't mind about it?"
"That's fine, just take it as my gratitude for your kindness."
"Aww, that's heart warming."
She rolled her eyes then said,
"I hate sarcasm, so cut it off and put your sword and start cooking in the kitchen."
"Yes ma'am!"

Ahh, that day of my first time here. Kinda nostalgic, even though it is only been 4 days since I was here. I lend some of the food to Teressa then she deliver it to the customers. While she added the order list of the customers, she said,
"I've heard that every traveler has unimaginable cooking skill, but I never thought that it'll be this good."
I smiled slightly then replied,
"That was nothing. As if you know, I am the best chef between all of the traveler in the world!"
"I think that is too hyperbolic. Besides, I've ever heard a rumor there is a woman traveler that was considered as the best of the best chef in the world. People said that her name is 'Lyle Caritas'."
I accidentally dropped my spatula that still cooking a food. Her name again. When I heard her name, I always remembered two things that always haunting my mind. The destination of my journey, The Dream Land and the woman in my dream. I am not sure if the woman in my dream was real and her name is Lyle Caritas but one thing certain is that woman always appeared whenever I fall asleep. Teressa who shocked that I suddenly dropped the spatula the said,
"Whoa, are you okay? Am I have done something wrong to you?"
"No its nothing. I just out of nowhere remembered about something as you mention her name."
"Is she your ex-girlfriend or something?"
"I'm not sure, and I think I never met her before but it felt like I've met her but I totally can't remember it."
"Ah, maybe it just a feeling I guess."
Yeah, maybe it just my feeling.
"Okay, I gotta serve another guest in the counter, hope you doing well in the kitchen."
Afterwards, she gone to the counter. Yeah, I think it is the time to get back to work. I grabbed back my spatula and then start to cook the food again.

It has been dusk now, and the store around the street start to close including this pub. However, Teressa and I still remain inside. We are having discussions about the 'revolution' that I've planned from yesterday after yesterday. I staring straight to Teressa eyes then asked,
"So how's the member of the revolution?"
"I have gathered all of them, start from the fighter, marksman, and the assassin which is from the bandit that lurking in the night as your request. Oh, and also a doctor."
"Is the doctor is from the ordinary civilians?"
"Yes, as your request."
"Good, to be honest I don't trust anyone here except you so I think I will trust you the job as the spy because I will be the revolutionary who stand in front of the citizens."
To be honest, I am not trust her either. I've been betrayed several times that it is almost impossible to begin trust someone else again.
"Thanks for your trust, I'll never betray you."
Yeah, I hope that you said it sincerely.
"Then the revolution will start tomorrow."
I left the pub and went to my apartment. The street are bust of people that want to back to their home. Night will approaching, and the only thing that they know about night is chaos. So they were going back to their own house in hurry.
I enter my apartment and rush into my room. When I enter my room, I dropped my body to my bed while throwing my sword randomly to nowhere. The revolution start tomorrow and I better be prepared for it.
