DxD Underworld
In the gardens of a lavish estate, four figures are having a conversation with each other. The first two men appear to be in their mid-to-late twenties. The first Sirzechs Lucifer had shoulder-length crimson hair and blue-green eyes, while the Ajuka Beelzebub is a striking young man in his early twenties, noted for his light blue eyes and slicked-back green hair. The third Man is Falbium Asmodeus, a tall man with a completely bald head and a goatee on his chin. Making him look like he's in his mid-to-late thirties. And finally, the only female of the group, Serafall Leviathan, is a beautiful girl, looking to be in her late teens, with black hair tied into twin tails and pink eyes. She also has a childlike body, although she has large breasts.
"These new Evil Peaces are incredible, Ajuka. I am confident that numerous devils will share my enjoyment with them." Sirzechs expressed it with a wide grin aimed at his longtime friend.
"Thank you," Ajuka responded, delighted that his friend appreciated his efforts.
"In theory, when we utilize these stronger new Evil Pieces that can bring even a god back to life, their power could potentially increase due to the intricate mechanisms of these pieces?"
Ajuka merely nodded, prompting Sirzechs to glance back at the pieces laid out before him.
"They might even be able to bring a god back to life. That should satisfy other High-class devils for the time being."
"That's the theory I've developed. We won't find out until someone attempts to bring someone back first. These are still prototypes. There might be some issues watch out for." Ajuka stated as he gazed at the box containing the Evil Peaces before handing them to Sirzechs.
As the meeting came to a close, everyone headed to their respective territories, except for Sirzechs. He summoned a magic circle and teleported back into his work office. There awaited Sapphire Sirzechs' wife. She's a beautiful, buxom young woman with red hair and matching red eyes, waiting for him. During the Great War, she fought alongside the Old Satan Faction. It is said that during the Great War, she fought in a dress that revealed a considerable amount of her legs and breasts, complete with a collar and armored gauntlets.
As the night came and the artificial moon in the underworld ascended, casting its luminous glow across the terrain. Without warning, the sky rumbled, and gray clouds gathered, thundering once more. Yet, on this occasion, it caught the eye of Sirzechs. He experienced a sudden rush of energy, causing him to feel a hint of panic and question whether the underworld and its coppends were facing an attack. The hairs on the back of his neck bristled as he turned his head toward the sky. The foreboding clouds became darker in color, and at their core, a disturbance started to emerge.
The sky tore apart, resembling a fracture in the very essence of existence. A blazing ember descended from the chaos. The instant this ember dropped, the crack vanished, as though it had never been there at all. Sirzechs' initial assumption was that it was the Dimensional Gap. He had every reason to think that was the case. He had ventured there a few times throughout his entire life. It was an endless expanse, a realm where all was absent except for the towering presence of Great Red. And this tiny, blazing speck that kept coming down was definitely not Great Red.
With a flick of his magic, he vanished and reappeared right where the person was about to crash down. He braced himself as the silhouette approached. With a burst of energy, he raised his hands and leaped to catch the figure, managing to catch him just as Sirzechs touched down on the ground. A wave of disbelief washed over him as he examined his unexpected find.
A young boy, perhaps just fifteen or sixteen, rested in his embrace, his breath shallow and faint, almost non-existent. He was undeniably injured, fatally so. Wounds, cuts, fractures, and scorched skin adorned his body, resembling a twisted masterpiece of violence. The attire he wore was almost torn to pieces, and his spiky hair was covered with blood. Sirzechs' thoughts surged with uncertainty, questions swirling in his mind, knowing full well that the answers would remain elusive until the boy woke up and would be capable of speaking.
In a flash, he reappeared in his office, swiftly laying the boy down on one of the luxurious couches in the room.
Sapphire hurriedly made her way to the spot where the mysterious teenage boy had been placed by Sirzechs. She witnessed the dreadful state he was in. Healing magic wasn't her strongest suit, but she had enough skill to alleviate the weight of these wounds. She sprang into action, focusing intently on mending the most severe wounds before turning her attention to the less urgent ones. Sapphire couldn't believe he was still alive. Some of these injuries should have taken him out by now.
"You are really something else," Sirzechs muttered quietly.
Once Sapphire had stabilized the teen's major wounds, but he was still in serious condition. She allowed her mind to roam freely as she sensed no demonic energy from the boy, so he clearly wasn't a Devil. No holy power either, so the possibility of him being a fallen angel or an angel from Heaven was ruled out. If he wasn't from any of the three factions, then what was he?
After completing the healing process, she took off his clothes and, with a quick snap of her fingers, outfitted him in more comfortable sleepwear.
Sapphire then directed her attention towards Sirzechs."I've done all I can with a small amount of healing magic, I know. Sirzechs, this boy is still in serious condition. How is he still alive? I don't know. But he'll need an export in healing magic or a doctor to see him."
Sirzechs was about to respond to his wife when all of a sudden, the box containing the special Evil Pieces began to shake. The box burst open, and the super-mutated King piece flew toward the unconscious body of Ryu and inserted itself into Ryu's body.
As the super-mutated Evil Peaces entered Ryu's charred body, they began to heal. The severe burns began to disappear, and a rejuvenated skin started to appear. His purple hair began to grow back, and his bones started to reassemble under the skin and muscles; any bleeding stopped, and open wounds began to close.
Both Sirzechs and Sapphire were speechless. Never have they seen Evil Peaces react on their own. Their focus shifted back to the boy who lay unconscious as he started to cough, and his breathing slowly began to improve.
Sirzechs gazes intently at the boy, pondering the genuine story of this mysterious kid. He seems to be about the same age as his sister, before he shifts his gaze to his wife.
"Sapphire, please take him to one of our unused rooms and contact Grayfia to come over and watch him until he wakes."
"What will you do, Sirzechs?"
"I'll need to contact the others to have an emergency meeting and let them know of the situation. Maybe Ajuka can find out if the Evil Peaces reacted on their own."
Sapphire intertwined her magic, effortlessly lifting Ryu and whisking him away. As his wife departed, Sirzechs approached the desk and took a seat directly behind it. He started calling the other great maō.
Several days later
It was morning, and the young teen woke up with the first rays of the artificial sun, feeling quite confused to realize that he was in a place he didn't know.
He struggled to recall how he had found himself in this situation, yet his thoughts were a chaotic mix of confusion and hazy, fragmented memories. He recalled vivid images of an explosion, his mother in danger, and then the sensation of his bones being crushed and an overwhelming feeling with no hope for escape.
"Where am I?" Ryu murmured to himself, his voice sounding weak and distant in the quiet of the room. He felt as though he was floating in limbo between reality and a dream, unsure of what was true and what was fiction, yet he sensed an unfamiliar energy lingering beside him.
"There's a dark aura, but I don't sense any malicious intentions behind it."
Ryu glanced over, his curiosity piqued as he took in the sight of the figure resting beside him. When his head found itself wedged between two soft yet firm shapes. Ryu was puzzled by the obstruction in his line of sight, so he decided to explore it with his hands. He paused at the sound of a soft moan, followed closely by a feminine voice.
"I see you have finally come to your senses. My Master will be glad to know that."
Ryu jerked his head back with such intensity that he tumbled out of the bed. Ryu swiftly lifts his head and is met with the sight of a young woman, sitting up in the bed, completely naked, smiling at him. She is a beautiful young woman with a voluptuous figure, appearing to be in her early twenties, and has waist-length silver hair, featuring a long braid on each side with small blue bows at the ends. The rest of her hair is let down, ending in twin braids, and she has silver eyes.
He swiftly averted his gaze to escape her sight. As Ryu struggles to keep his composure, he remains oblivious to the fact that the silver-haired woman has already dressed and exited the room.
As Ryu rose from the ground and stood upright, he suddenly became aware of his lack of clothing. He scanned the room, searching for his attire. Moments later, he stumbled upon his clothes, but they were completely shredded, scorched, and stained with blood. Ryu was in disbelief at the state of his clothes, feeling lost and desperate, not wanting to be completely naked. He contemplated slipping them back on. Until he sensed a presence standing right behind him.
Ryu spun around and was met with the sight of the same Silver woman who had been sleeping beside him in complete nakedness when he first opened his eyes.
"I have brought you a clean pair of pajamas to put on. My Lord and his wife will be in shortly. I suggest you put this on right away."
Ryu was about to ask a question, but she cut him off.
"If you have any questions, it would be wise to wait and ask them when my Lord makes his entrance."
And with that, the silver-haired woman left the room. Ryu dressed in the clothes that they had provided for him. During the time he was waiting, Ryu made an effort to sense the Ki of his, family and friends. Even after a, few minutes had passed, he was unable to identify, anyone.
Ryu sensed the negative energies walking toward his room, yet they carried no malice; as the energies moved, they seemed to be headed toward the door of the room he was in.
Sirzechs strode through the halls of his palace with determination, his imposing presence filling the air with an aura of authority that went unnoticed. Servants and other staff members who saw him immediately bowed in respect. This display of deference reaffirmed his position as one of the rulers of the underworld.
Sapphire walked with him, her radiant beauty and charming attitude noticeably absent, replaced instead by an oddly serious and reflective demeanor, which was uncommon for her. She was clearly concerned, though no one could discern exactly what was troubling her.
The door to his bedroom swings open, and two mysterious silhouettes step inside. The first was a guy with long, crimson hair and striking blue-green eyes, while the second was an alluring, attractive young woman, sporting vibrant red hair and captivating red eyes.
Ryu was the recipient of the man's sudden approach, during which he extended his arm and introduced himself.
"Hello, my name is Sirzechs, and this here is my wife, Sapphire."
