A woman with pink hair stabs a creature with a disgusting shape.
The creature looked like a giant humanoid version of a beetle.
The four large wings on its back looked angelic, but the unnaturally curved body and melted wax-like skin of the creature dismissed the notion that it was an angel.
"Argh! Why are you so hard to kill!!!"
The woman slashed, slashed, and kept slashing while shouting, "DIE! DIE! DIE!"
Until finally, the creature was completely killed.
Black blood dripped from the pink-haired woman's slash marks.
Not only did the humanoid creature bleed, although the pink-haired woman managed to win, but she was also bleeding profusely.
Blood dripped from her head, falling directly onto her chest, which was slightly exposed due to the many tears in her armor.
The woman stuck her sword in the ground while looking around.

The pink-haired woman was the empress of the magic empire called the Uldor Empire.
The Uldor Empire that she ruled was once predicted as the number one empire in history because it managed to unite all the kingdoms on the Eldryss continent.
Unfortunately, that assumption was in vain after the corrupted creatures came to invade.
The fate of the Uldor Empire was very sad.
Almost its entire territory had been taken over by the corrupted creatures. It could be said that the Uldor Empire had collapsed.
"O, O gods! Please show your form! Please grant salvation to those of us who still survive on this continent!"
The woman shouted at the top of her lungs.
Tears of blood dripped from her eyeballs.
Her hand firmly grasped a heptagon-shaped necklace.
She closed her eyes and knelt down.
Without the woman realizing it, the necklace began to glow.
Silence enveloped the battlefield until, finally, a voice came into her ears.
"Hoam~ Is someone calling us?"
"Oh, you... Apparently, this little human's face is familiar."
"That's right. I seem to remember this little human's face a little too."
"Ah, now I remember! Hey, little lady. Are you the princess of the Uldor Empire?"
The voice did not come from a single being.
There were seven different voices entering the woman's ears.
The woman turned her head left and right, but saw nothing. Despite not knowing whether it was just her hallucination or not, she remained focused and answered seriously.
"That was back then. Now, I am the empress of the Uldor Empire!"

The voices that were previously noisy are no longer making noise.

"That's right. You should be able to defeat any danger if you speak that confidently."
What the voices mentioned was indeed true.

"Valarius, can you eradicate those invasive creatures?"
"By my own power, I can't."
"Celisia, can you heal all the corrupted areas?"
"Impossible!"
"Alistair, can you make miracles?"
"What miracle are you talking about? I can't."
"Zuberi, can you control those creatures?"
"No, I can't. What about you, Morwenna?"
"I can't either. Lastly, Orebo, are you able to prey on them?"
"I'll get corrupted if I try!"
The conclusion of their long discussion was that there was nothing they could do.
—Only if they used their own power.
"I have a suggestion. How about taking humans from other worlds and giving them a bit of our power? Let them try to become strong with their own hands."
"Good idea. But why should we bother taking humans from other worlds?"
"Let me ask you, do you have no problem giving humans from this world power? Even though they once ignored our existence?"
"That's right."
"Then, let's do it!"
They finally agreed to take the humans from the other world.

There was an old man sunbathing on the beach by himself.
He was wearing sunglasses while lying on his stomach.

"Looks like it's about time." The old man got up while saying something to the woman standing beside his sun lounger, "Quickly find the person I've marked and send that person to the other world. Also, give me this."
The old man handed a stack of papers to the woman wearing office clothes.
"Aren't you hot?"

The woman in the dress replied casually while taking the paper from the old man's hand.
After bowing briefly to salute, she walked away quietly.
"I hope that the person I have chosen will be able to save that world." The old man spoke softly while sipping on an iced young coconut. "...And allow me to return there! It seems like this planet will also soon be in chaos."
