Chapter 14 - The situation is worse

After that difficult confrontation, Adriel and Amara lay down on the soft green grass surrounding the lake.

Both teenagers were at their worst; their worries kept them awake at night, and when they arrived at their "safe place," they ended up fighting. As a result, they were so tired that they didn't care what time it was.

Adriel grabbed his raincoat and rolled it up to use as a pillow. Amara, on the other hand, didn't have any clothes to use as a pillow.

They both closed their eyes, and little by little, the stress and terror left their bodies, replaced by the overwhelming urge to sleep.

When they both fell asleep, Elena began to act, waking up and the rest of the group.

"Since Adriel is sleeping, Steven and I will be the leaders, so we'll go get breakfast. You guys stay here." Elena's tone was controlled, her way of speaking and expressing herself completely different from what it had been before.

Without waiting for a response, Elena grabbed Steven by the arm. Steven hesitated between going with her or staying. "Do I want to go?" Steven thought, but the more he looked at Elena's body, the more he avoided it.

After ten seconds, he gave in to temptation and followed her. He knew that if Adriel found out, he was practically dead, but that thought of risk turned him on even more.

When the light barely managed to pass through the trees and the feeling of imminent danger lashed every corner, the slime covering Elena's intimate areas began to deform, while Steven simulated the feeling of swallowing something so that his clothes would disappear.

Elena threw herself at Steven, her legs wrapped around his waist as she held on to the strong man's neck. "Shall we begin?"

"Sure," Steven replied instantly, then kissed her, marking the beginning of their depraved act.

...

At the camp, the four boys were waiting, the sun moving slowly until it reached its zenith. "It's noon," thought Kael, that being the only time they could tell by the sun.

He thought that, according to his calculations, the two adults had gone out to look for food at around nine in the morning, so, according to Kael, they had already been gone for three hours. Although in reality, he already had a feeling that they were having sex in the forest.

Kael stared intently at the dark forest as he thought. "Since the wolf incident, I haven't done anything, even Nico has been in the background..." He knew that in such a dangerous world, they needed to evolve, improve, and react to changes.

He approached Nico decisively, grabbed his shoulder, and brought his head close to the boy's ear. "Let's go to the forest to look for Elena and Steven," he whispered in a tone inaudible to the others.

Nico stood up within seconds of hearing Kael. He stood behind his leader as Kael began walking toward the forest. They both said goodbye to their friends and then circled the sleeping bodies of Adriel and Amara.

When they finally reached the boundary separating the lake from the enormous forest, they felt the heaviness of the place. But they made the decision to continue.

Upon entering the forest, they found nothing, but the deeper they went, the more sinister everything became.

As tense and dangerous as the place felt, there were no hunters or beasts of any kind. Both were walking with only a feeling of unease, trying to get to where Steven and Elena were.

Sooner rather than later, both teenagers heard moans and other intense noises, which led them to see the two adults having sex.

Kael felt a little excited, then tried to replace those feelings with hatred, disgust, or something else, which he achieved by finding tremendous revulsion, while Nico, being totally faithful to his girlfriend, did not succumb to desire; he felt disgust from the beginning.

Kael was about to reveal himself to them to stop them, but he heard Elena try to speak between moans, "Steven... I see potential in you. I'm completely sure that you'll get a latent class in less than two weeks, but we have to do something."

Elena leaned her head close to Steven's. "Kill Adriel." Upon hearing those words, Kael and Nico felt the urge to run out and tell him, but they stayed to listen to everything. "Of all the boys, he's the only one I see capable of stopping you... imagine, you kill Adriel, Nico, and Kael at night, then we can use the girls and create a harem for you. It will be simple, you just have to kill the boy."

Kael and Nico were perplexed. For a second, they didn't know what to do, but Kael regained his composure. "Go to the lake and tell everyone... I'm going to try to hear more," Kael said in a voice inaudible to the other two thanks to the moans and intense sounds.

Nico nodded, afraid they would hear him, so he walked away softly and slowly. "Are you sure...? It's just a boy..." Steven's voice betrayed the intense doubt that the succubus had created in his head.

Elena sat up and gave him an intense kiss, but even Kael felt that it wasn't a normal one. "Pheromones," he thought as the two kissed wildly.

After that, they both gasped for air. "So? Are you going to do it or not?" Elena asked in a seductive tone with an erotic expression. Doubt filtered through Steven's expression, but he made a decision. "Yes." Steven's tone faltered with confidence, but he decided to follow the charms of that succulent succubus.

Kael took a few steps back, but a treacherous branch gave way under the pressure of his foot, creating a sound that the adults heard. With no other choice, he decided to run. He ran too far, but he reached the lake as good as new, only to see Nico talking worriedly with Liora, while Adriel was still asleep.

"Nico, you should have told Adriel no, not Liora, you damn idiot!" His shout came out with tremendous rage, which made Nico feel a slight tremor in his legs.

"Sorry..." said the young man, clearly concerned about Kael's anger, who saw Adriel begin to stand up to hear the loud noise.

"What happened?" said the sleepy boy, who grabbed Kael's shoulder to steady himself.

Kael moved while holding Adriel's hand, who woke up with water from the lake. "I have to tell you something..." Kael told him, word for word, what Steven and Elena had said.

Adriel's expression hardened, his gaze turned cold. "I have something to do, I'll be back for dinner." Adriel got up and headed into the forest.

"He sent a hitman," Kael thought, worried about what would happen to Steven and Elena.
