Running through the woods overwhelmed with all sorts of emotions, I could feel the tears pouring out my eyes as the winds blows it away. Her voice continually hunts, I could vividly remember the fear in her eyes as she begs to stay away in utter terror. I kept running as the wind and tree brush violently with my skin but I didn't care, I just kept running hoping to outrun my sorrows and sorry life. I am a monster, and I confirmed it in her eyes and the blood soaked dress. I suddenly slipped and fell letting out a painful growl and busting into tears, she was the only one who thought I was worth loving, she was the only one who found me worthy of love despite everything else saying otherwise and I hurt her.
What started out as a normal day for me has turn into an avid nightmare, I wish I never left the house. I was a fool for believing I could be normal and that stupity has caused me the only normal thing in my life.
Today is my birthday, my 18th birthday to be precise Lila Gold (my best friend) said we had to go celebrate and she demanded it be at the bonfire party. I refused but she insisted so we went, I knew I was different from them they all had this smell,,, I couldn't figure it out but it was mundane. Some covered it with perfume but it was still there and that's not the only thing that sets me apart. I sat there on a giant plank watching them dance around the fire some were drinking and many were making out it was weird but it seems normal I was the only one out of place and they know it too, I could feel their constant gaze they didn't want me here and I didnt want to be here either. Lila brought me here and now she's no where to be found, she's probably somewhere in the woods making out with a rando. Hearing myself say that cracked me up, Lila was normal and she makes me want to be normal too. I was still searching for her until the scent hit me, it was faint and gone almost immediately as it came but it was the most intriguing scent I've ever smelt, it was a mix of choco and wood with a hint of vanilla and ash it was a strange combo but there was something unforgettable about it. I subconsciously got up to follow the scent ignoring the drunk kids dancing and some making out by the woods. "Watch it weirdo" a red haired girl said as I bumped into her, I just kept walking unsure of where I was going the further I went the closer the scent was but it wasn't in one direction, it was everywhere and it was driving me crazy. I stood there in the woods unsure of what to do next or where to go until I caught I glance of it, it was an animal but I couldnt figure out what kind until it got up and stood. I knew in that moment that I should run but I was glued in place, there was this feeling I couldn't pinpoint it. The next thing that happened was unexpected and the pain coarsing through my veins was unbelievable...
