She paused to let that sink in before explaining further.
"Purchasing items in the Academy is restricted by clearance levels, ranging from D-Class to SSS-Class. The higher your clearance, the more restricted and powerful items you can access."
"For example, a student with D-Class Clearance can only purchase Combat Skills up to Level 3. However, with your S-Class Clearance, you can purchase skills up to Level 6!"
