Alex leaped down, diving straight into the Second Layer of the Crimson Bull Demon Cave.
The moment he landed, a suffocating pressure washed over him.
The sky here was even darker and more bruised than the first layer. The air was thick with the stench of blood, so pungent it stung the nose. In the distance, the sounds of battle echoed endlessly—clashing metal, roaring beasts, and the screams of combatants.
Alex observed his surroundings cautiously, moving forward with light, careful steps.
This was the Second Layer. It was inhabited by Tier 3 Crimson Bulls. A single mistake here could lead to a swift death.
"Hey! Are you here to hunt Crimson Bulls too?" A clear, cheerful voice called out from nearby.
Alex turned to look. A young man wearing the uniform of the Capital Warrior Academy was walking toward him.
"I am."
