Chapter 4 - Chapter 4 - Raid on Godfall Kingdom

The Rocks Pirates had made many enemies across the new world, but none so bold as the rulers of Godfall Kingdom, a fortified island at the edge of the new world. Rich with gold and famed for its impregnable defenses, the kingdom had refused Rocks' demands for tribute.

So Rocks did what Rocks always did.

He decided to burn it to the ground.

The deck of the Rocks' flagship was chaos as the crew prepared.

Whitebeard checked his naginata, towering and silent, the calm eye of a storm.

Big Mom laughed loudly, her homies dancing at her side as she demanded sweets as payment for her "help."

Kaido, mace resting on his shoulder, begged anyone to try and stop him.

Shiki the Golden Lion sharpened his blades, bragging about how the kingdom's ships would float helplessly in the sky before him.

Captain John, drunk and greedy, muttered about treasure.

Silver Axe oiled his massive blade.

Ochoku licked his lips at the thought of slaughter.

And among them stood Ada Wong, the vice-captain of the Rocks Pirates. Cloaked in black, rifle strapped to her back, she scanned them all with a sharp eye. Where they saw war, she saw patterns. Where they saw prey, she saw weaknesses.

Rocks appeared last, laughing like a mad god. "Today, the world learns the price of defiance! We'll crush their walls, tear their kings from their thrones, and drink their blood for wine!"

The crew roared. All except Ada. She simply loaded her rifle.

The Rocks fleet descended on Godfall with the fury of a hurricane. Cannons roared, smoke filled the skies, and soldiers screamed from the walls as monsters poured onto the shores.

Kaido charged the gates head-on, smashing towers with his mace.

Big Mom tore through ranks of soldiers, her laughter echoing over the screams.

Shiki sent warships into the sky, crashing them down like meteors.

Whitebeard split the very earth beneath the fortress with a single swing.

But amid the chaos, Ada moved differently. She slipped through shadows, silencing commanders with a single bullet to the head. She cut communication lines, burned supply caches, and placed her shots with surgical precision.

When Kaido was nearly overwhelmed by a cannon barrage, her bullet destroyed the fuse mid-ignition. When Linlin's rampage drew too much enemy fire, Ada shot the gunners one by one before they could pull the trigger.

Her presence was invisible, yet decisive.

Hours later, the kingdom was in ruins. The palace burned, its golden spires collapsing into ash. The Rocks Pirates feasted amid the wreckage, laughing and gorging themselves on stolen treasures.

Rocks sat on the shattered throne, rum dripping from his beard, his grin wide as the sea. He gestured at Ada, who stood silently in the corner, cloak still unstained by gore.

"You see, monsters!" he roared. "Strength tears down walls, but shadows decide who lives long enough to see the dawn! That girl—my Vice-Captain—is the difference between a feast and a funeral!"

Some scoffed. Others nodded. But none denied it—Ada had proven herself not through brute force, but through the cold precision that turned chaos into victory.

That night, as the fires died down, Ada walked the ruined walls alone. Whitebeard found her there, arms crossed.

"You don't smile after battles," he rumbled.

Ada's crimson eyes glinted in the moonlight. "There's nothing to smile about in death. Only lessons."

Whitebeard studied her, then gave a rare nod. "Maybe you'll outlast even Rocks."

Ada said nothing. But in her silence, a thought echoed.

The Rocks Pirates were mighty, but fractured. She could already see it—greed, ambition, pride—tearing at their seams.

And Ada Wong… Nyx D. Ada… would be ready when the crew would fall apart.
