"Stop!" Yusuke arrived from outside just in time. "I won't let you do this!"
The Royal Guard members turned to Yusuke and questioned him, "How dare you appear before the new King of the Fangire Tribe! Retreat at once!"
"Wataru is the true King!" Yusuke protected Wataru, and not knowing his own name, yelled out that he was Kuuga. He transformed and began fighting the Fangire of the Royal Guard.
The result was, predictably, a severe beating. The injuries he had just treated became much worse. Fortunately, he managed to ensure Wataru's safety.
The Kamen Rider Ixa did not order his forces to continue the pursuit. Everything he was doing was merely an attempt to ignite Wataru's desire to become King.
Meanwhile, while wandering outside, Tsukasa Kadoya was led by Kivat-la to another world. In a gymnasium, he encountered Kamen Rider Kaixa. A fierce battle ensued, ending with Decade having the clear advantage.
The dark schemer, Narutaki, who was watching secretly, was extremely displeased. As usual, he uttered threats and left disgruntled. This left Tsukasa puzzled, wondering who was truly orchestrating all of this behind the scenes.
The next day, Wataru proactively sought out the photo studio. He informed them that Yusuke Onodera might be in danger because Yusuke intended to help him steal back the Kiva transformation device and had returned to the castle.
After a discussion, Tsukasa Kadoya decided to help the young boy. He set off alone toward the castle, intending to deal with the new King.
With this thought in mind, Tsukasa played his violin as he serenely walked into the castle. He encountered his first challenge: a leader of the Fangire Enforcement Squad.
"Humans, you no longer deserve our leniency." The fact that he could say this suggested that the earlier amiable attitude of the Enforcement Fangire was largely a pretense, and they had only concealed their true nature due to the old rules. Now, they were finally free to act.
"Henshin." Tsukasa put down his violin, pulled out his card, and transformed. He began fighting the Fangire. The new King, the Kamen Rider Ixa, watched silently from a short distance.
Transformed into Decade, Tsukasa quickly ended the fight, immediately unleashing a Final Attack Ride.

The Fangire leader, who was equivalent to a high-ranking monster executive in the main Kiva world, was easily eliminated by Decade's Ride Booker Sword in just two moves.
"You must be the new King," Tsukasa said to the Kamen Rider Ixa who appeared before him after destroying the Enforcement Squad leader.
"I have no interest in the throne," the Kamen Rider Ixa replied.
"Then what is your objective?"
"To make them forget those ridiculous rules. Humans and Fangire cannot coexist. The Fangire Tribe must take human life."
"Humans must fear the Fangire Tribe. They are destined to kill each other." The Kamen Rider Ixa grew more emotional as he spoke and lunged at Decade.
The two fought fiercely inside the castle, smashing through a window and falling from the high building onto a rooftop.
At that moment, the Kamen Rider Ixa used Kivat-Bat to transform into Kiva DoGaBaKi Form. This Form was a composite created by fusing the powers of the three Vassals: Basshaa, Dogga, and Garulu. It possessed immense power, but it also placed a heavy burden on the user.

Decade was clearly outmatched. He was sent flying, and the battle shifted to the ground level, inside a large building beneath the castle.
Yusuke Onodera, covered in injuries, lay on the floor and was found by Wataru, who had rushed to the scene.

Decade fell through the glass roof above and tumbled onto the ground, looking disheveled.
"This guy..." Tsukasa quickly got up, staring grimly at the Kiva Form the Kamen Rider Ixa had transformed into, who had arrived soon after. He hadn't expected the new King's Kiva to be so powerful.
Wataru stepped forward, his eyes fixed on the new King. Having once been dismissive and rejecting the transformation and the throne, he only realized its value after losing it.
"Wataru, you're no match for him!" Yusuke called out, stopping Wataru, who was about to charge.
"But..." Wataru hesitated.
Just then, a SHING-SHING-SHING sound of metal dragging on the floor accompanied by footsteps reached them.
Everyone's gaze turned to the same spot. A figure suddenly appeared. Its appearance was clearly that of Kiva, but different—more regal and commanding, wearing a cape like a supreme monarch. The metallic friction sound came from the longsword in his hand.
"That sword is..." The Kamen Rider Ixa looked on in shock. Isn't that the Zanvat Sword?
Indeed. The figure standing before them was Raven, who had transformed into Kiva Emperor Form using the Dark Decade Driver. The sword in his hand was naturally the specialized weapon of Emperor Form, the Zanvat Sword. Transforming into the Final Form automatically summoned the corresponding weapon and perfectly replicated all of its powers.
"Impossible! How can you transform into Kiva!" The Kamen Rider Ixa recognized Raven by the belt as the one who had transformed into Ultimate Kuuga and tried to kill Wataru last time. He hadn't expected the man to be able to transform into Kiva as well, and immediately into the Emperor Form! He even wielded the Zanvat Sword! These were all symbols of the Fangire Tribe's supreme royal authority, only meant for the true King!
"Does that guy have a new power already?" Tsukasa stared intently at Raven.
"Who exactly are you?" The Kamen Rider Ixa Kiva raised the Dogga Hammer and violently swung it at Raven's Kiva Emperor Form.
BANG!
However, Raven casually raised his sword and sliced. The Dogga Hammer was instantly shattered.
This scene utterly stunned Tsukasa. He had been thoroughly beaten by that hammer earlier, unable to fight it head-on. The contrast in power now was immense.
"So strong... Is that also a Kamen Rider Kiva Form?" Yusuke couldn't help but ask.
Wataru shook his head beside him. "I've never seen it." He certainly didn't possess that power yet.
"Does that Rider have the ability to transform into the strongest Forms we can't even achieve?" Yusuke wondered, as the previous encounter with Ultimate Kuuga (Black Eyes) had left a deep impression on him.
