New Chapter! Enjoy!

"Thank you, my lady," Henry said, approaching the woman who had just saved him from becoming a paste. "May I know your name?"
The woman hesitated, brushing a strand of pale-blue hair from her face. Her voice was cool and composed when she finally spoke.
"I am Eula Lawrence, the Captain of—"
She stopped mid-sentence, her gaze shifting toward Henry. Normally, when she revealed her last name, she'd be met with that familiar flicker of disgust — the telltale reaction to her cursed family's history.
But what she saw instead startled her.
The man standing before her wasn't recoiling in judgment. His eyes were filled with admiration… gratitude… and something else she couldn't quite identify.
Henry, meanwhile, was internally losing his mind.
Oh my god. Oh my god. Eula is standing in front of me. EULA! The heavens have really blessed me today!
His heart was practically hammering inside his chest.
She's even hotter in person. Am I in heaven?
He coughed, trying to play it cool. "Thank you, Captain Eula. It's an honour to be saved by you."
Eula blinked. "You… are not from around here, are you, Mr…?"
"Henry. Just Henry," he said quickly. "And no, I'm not from around here. But I've definitely heard of you."
Her shoulders tensed as she braced for the insult that always followed her name. But instead—
"What I see in front of me," Henry said sincerely, "is a beautiful lady. Why would I care about her background?"
For a moment, Eula froze. His words hit her harder than a Cryo burst. Her cheeks flushed faintly pink, and she turned her head away, pretending to clear her throat. "H-Hmph. I'll remember this grudge!"
Henry grinned inwardly, quietly pleased that he had managed to make Eula blush.
Eula crossed her arms, trying to hide the fact that his words had gotten to her. "Thank you, Mr. Henry, for your… kind words. Where are you heading?"
"Please, no 'Mr.' Just Henry or friend Henry works too."
Before Eula could reply, a familiar chime echoed in Henry's mind.
__
Ding!
A glowing panel appeared before his eyes.
Mission: Sell 500 cups of noodles within 1 week
Reward: Unlimited supply of custom instant noodles
Penalty: Permanently broke — and forever noodleless
__
Henry stared at the penalty. Are you making fun of me, System?
[How could I make fun of my master?] came a soft, almost innocent female voice inside his head.
He sighed. "Great. I have a not-so-innocent talking system now…"
Then, realizing Eula was standing right in front of him, he froze — the glowing panel still floating in the air.
System, not in front of company!
[Relax, Master. No one can see me. Except maybe the Sustainer of Heavenly Principles]
Shit that makes it way worse! What if she wakes up and cubes me up with her red cubes?
[Don't worry Host I got your back]
Your assurances mean jack shit till I gain powers.
[Yoo chill, man! no spoilers, but if you do the tasks from me diligently then you might soon get powers]
Yo chill man? Do you have GTA language pack installed?
[Host, first maybe answer Eula before she thinks you've gone insane, stoopid.]
YOU… who are you calling stupid!
[Focus, genius. You can scourge the system space or just think of the item you want from your system space it will automatically appear in your hand]
Well… at least I have one good thing.
Eula tilted her head slightly. "Henry?"
He quickly straightened up. "Oh, right! I, uh, sell instant noodles from my homeland, my lady. Here—" He willed the cup into his hand from his system space. A plain white cup materialized in his hand.
"A small token of thanks for saving my life."
Eula blinked at the strange container. "You needn't repay me. I was simply fulfilling my duty as a Knight of Favonius."
"You called me Henry earlier, didn't you? That makes us friends now," he said, pressing the cup into her hands. "As a friend, I insist."
Her blue eyes flicked between him and the mysterious object. "I… see. And this is… food?"
"Yep! Just pour some hot water, wait a few minutes, and it's ready to eat. No cooking, no mess. Perfect for busy captains and adventurers."
Eula examined the strange container curiously, as if studying an artifact. "I've never seen anything like this in Mondstadt."
Henry grinned. "That's because it's from my homeland. Consider it my way of introducing a bit of culture."
"Hmph. Who said I'm your friend?" she said quickly, cheeks pink again.
Still, she didn't hand the cup back.
"But where are your clothes from" Eula asked a puzzled look appearing on her face as she gazed upon my strange clothes.
System can I tell her I'm not from Teyvat.
[Yes you can tell, but be careful and don't announce it to everyone or else the Fatui might kidnap you]
"Oh these clothes are from my homeland—from another world."
"What?" Eula's eyes widened, surprise flickering in her gaze. "Well, Mr. Henry… as long as you do not harm Mondstadt in any way, you'll always be welcome here."
Eula now curious couldn't help but ask , "What is your homeland like Henry?"
"My homeland… had many regions —enormous cities with towers that touched the clouds, sprawling farmlands stretching to the horizon, and foods so varied you'd never taste them all in one life. There were forests, rivers, deserts, and oceans. Seasons changed, people worked and aged… life was chaotic — but beautiful."
Eula's expression softened, her frosty demeanour melting. She studied him quietly, as if trying to imagine a world so vast and strange. "I see… your world sounds fascinating."
Henry smiled faintly. "Yeah… it is."
Well since I did get isekai'd, Teyvat is my new home now.
Finally at peace with his new reality, Henry relaxed and took in his surroundings. They were near the Windrise tree, the early morning casting a soft blue glow over the plains.
The familiar statue of the Seven stood proudly in front of the tree. He admired the greenery, the open space, and the faint breeze stirring dandelion seeds.
This is Teyvat… real, alive, not just pixels on a screen.
A few minutes later, under the shade of the tree, Henry gestured for her to sit. "Let's eat here for a bit."
Eula hesitated, then joined him. Normally, no one outside the Knights or her few close friends shared such casual company with her. The Lawrence name carried too much weight, too much old sin. But this man seemed blissfully unaware… or maybe he just didn't care.
She lifted her hand, and a faint glimmer of light appeared. A small jar of steaming water materialized beside her.
Henry's eyes widened. "So the theory was true — people with Visions do have personal space! I knew it!"
She gave him a small side glance. "Theory?"
He chuckled awkwardly. "Uh, let's just say I do a lot of… research."
Eula raised an eyebrow but didn't press further.
Ah, well—now I know that the milk Eula gave to Aether wasn't her own, but came from some animal instead.
Well.. I won't mind if Eula gave me her milk.
[Horniness detected in host — preparing holy water.]
Holy water can't cure me system, only Eula can.
[Title awarded to host: certified pervert]
Ignoring the system, Henry poured the hot water into the noodle cup, sealed the lid, and set it down between them. "I'm actually a researcher,".
She tilted her head. "A researcher? That's… not a common profession here."
"I like building things — devices, gadgets and more." He grinned. "Though for now, I guess I'm just a merchant."
A faint smile tugged at the corners of her lips. "That's… quite the mix — a scholar and a salesman.
I am not a merchant but my system is forcing me to be one.
[Hey, host don't blame me. This is actually a very great idea to earn mora]
They waited in silence for a few minutes. The faint sound of the wind rustling through the tree filled the air. Then Henry opened the lid again. The aroma hit instantly — savory, rich, and warm.
Eula leaned slightly forward. "It smells… good."
"Try it," he said, handing her a fork that came attached to the cup.
She hesitated for a moment before twirling the noodles around the fork and taking a bite.
The reaction was immediate. "Mmmhh…" A small, involuntary sound of satisfaction escaped her lips as she savoured the taste — warm broth, springy noodles, and the perfect balance of flavour. Her icy composure melted instantly.
Henry blinked. Did… did Eula just moan over noodles? He looked away, pretending to focus on his own cup.
After a few bites, Eula finally spoke again. "This is delicious, You said you wish to sell these in Mondstadt?"
"Yes. Do I need a permit or something?"
She nodded. "You'll have to apply through Grandmaster Varka. He oversees merchant authorizations also."
"Grandmaster Varka, huh? Well, guess I'll have to introduce him and Mondstadt to the taste of instant heaven."
It seems like Varka hasn't left on an expedition yet and I have arrived before the main plot has started.
Eula smiled faintly again — a real smile this time. "You're a strange one, Henry."
"Strange? Nah. Just overenthusiastic."
When they finished, Eula stood and gave a small bow. "Thank you for the meal."
Henry laughed softly. "No need to bow, my lady. Aren't we friends now?"
"Hmph. Who said I'm your friend?" she repeated, flipping her hair, trying and failing to hide her blush.
He chuckled and followed as she started walking. "You keep saying that, but you haven't denied the noodles were amazing."
"That's irrelevant."
"Sure, sure," he teased.
