"Creating all kinds of monsters through imagination…"
Riveria was left momentarily speechless.
Just by imagining it, he could create a beast capable of absorbing magic power. That kind of ability was so beyond the scope of a normal adventurer it was practically cheating.
"Imagination alone to create monsters—and he can even grant them unique powers. That's… terrifying."
Finn had quickly regained his composure, already analyzing the implications. What he needed now were the finer details.
"Loki, are you saying there are no limits to this kind of creation?"
"None," Loki said without hesitation. "His power doesn't have any restrictions at all. As long as he can imagine it, he can create any sort of creature. Of course, there's still a lot we don't fully understand yet, so I can't give you an exact breakdown."
"Technically speaking, Tsuna's ability resembles magic more than anything else. At first, I thought it should fall under the category of 'magic,' but it actually shows up in the 'skill' section instead. That means the root of his control isn't mana—it's imagination. He doesn't need magic power at all to create those beasts."
"In other words," she continued with a grin, slinging an arm around Tsuna's shoulders, "if his imagination keeps growing—if his knowledge and vision expand—then his individual strength could one day rival the Familias led by Zeus and Hera. Just him alone would be enough."
Even as she said it, Finn couldn't hide the disbelief flickering in his eyes. He simply couldn't imagine anyone possessing a power so all-encompassing—one that didn't even rely on magic, but on something as abstract and limitless as imagination itself.
"Ridiculous," Riveria muttered under her breath.
As both a mage and a scholar among elves, she understood better than anyone what that meant. The value of a skill like that was immeasurable.
To create any kind of creature through imagination—just the single beast from earlier, capable of devouring magic power, was enough to completely crush any mage in Orario.
"It's basically the ultimate weapon against magic users."
"Magic power is the core of a mage's strength," she explained, her tone firm. "Once it's rapidly drained, it directly affects the mind. In extreme cases, it can even be fatal. In just a few seconds, it absorbed nearly a tenth of my total mana. If that had continued for even a minute, I would've been completely drained."
"And during that process, it became nearly impossible to control my remaining magic with precision. If it can absorb magic even from spells in use, then any offensive magic would be useless against it."
Finn nodded grimly, picking up where she left off.
"The feeling of having your magic drained is… unpleasant, to say the least. I'm not as sensitive to mana as Riveria, but I still experienced symptoms of depletion. It's not something you can ignore."
"If we'd had one of those creatures during the fight three years ago, the battle might not have been so one-sided. Still, knowing those two, I doubt they'd stay on the defensive for long."
"Yeah," he continued, "Silence's magic was sound-based—she could even use spells that nullified other magic entirely."
He acknowledged how terrifying Tsuna's power was. Even against Silence and Gluttony, it could've made a difference. But that one creature alone probably wouldn't have been enough.
After all, Silence and Gluttony weren't the type to just stand still and let themselves be drained.
"Hey! You two seem to be having a great time analyzing things," Gareth rumbled, cutting in with a grin. "But maybe try asking the person who actually has the power?"
Right. They both blinked, realizing he was right.
Finn and Riveria turned to Tsuna.
"Kid," Gareth began, "three years ago, we faced two real monsters. One of them used sound as a weapon—she had magic that could nullify any spell and unleash devastating attacks. Her body wasn't that strong, though."
"The other could eat anything—literally—and turn it into strength. His physical power was insane, way above mine. He could probably flip a mountain if he wanted."
"So, if you had to face those two… what would you do?"
Finn and Riveria waited quietly for his answer, curious how he'd respond.
The one who attacks with sound must be Silence, Tsuna reasoned internally. She can nullify magic, and her spells are incredibly powerful. If she can cancel out magic, then anything created by Annihilation Maker might also count as 'magic' in this world's logic. Which means my beasts could potentially be neutralized.
Her attacks travel at the speed of sound, meaning anything within her line of sight is instantly within range. Pretty troublesome.
Still, if her physical endurance is low, she's basically a glass cannon—like a traditional mage class.
So the key is to prevent her from using her nullification magic and limit her ability to manipulate space through sound. That would cut her options down to almost nothing.
A thought suddenly sparked in his mind, and his expression shifted into something between amusement and calculation.
"How about we just throw them into a Different Dimension?"
The simplicity and bluntness of the idea caught everyone off guard—but to Tsuna, it was the most efficient solution.
"No matter how strong Silence or Gluttony are, once they're trapped in a Different Dimension, even Silence wouldn't dare use her nullification magic recklessly. If that magic disrupted the dimension itself, it could collapse—and they'd be erased along with it."
"…"
Finn, Riveria, and Gareth all froze, staring at him.
Who even thinks like that?!
Yet, the terrifying part was—they all realized he could actually do it.
If Tsuna had been with them three years ago, maybe the Great Strife would've ended differently. They could've ambushed Silence and Gluttony, sealed them both away in a Different Dimension, and reduced the Dark Faction's power in one clean move.
It was such a simple, brutally effective plan. The only problem was that back then, no one had possessed an ability like his.
