This Boy's Love novel is set in the year 2070, a futuristic-dystopian universe.
The story will begin with a BL dating simulator story but will eventually reveal its true self as the story progresses. (#in a good way too) "From cocoon into a butterfly" (similar to the movie "Sinners"). Yep! Sinners, but Korean... without any paranormal stuff. LOL
The content includes R-18+ activities (without being overly explicit), substance use, satirical commentary on the K-POP industry and patriarchy, symbolism, and use of profanity.
All characters are fictional and created solely for this novel, as well as the entertainment firms. We do not intend to discredit the industry but rather show the good and dark sides that K-POP artists have to face during their career run.
Overall, 30 full chapters but will be chopped into parts for...whatever reasons. lol

The narration of this novel is kind of a unique experiment; the narration dives deep into the protagonist's inner thoughts. Sometimes, when the scene shifts, it can feel almost artistic so if you're used to a more straightforward, slow-paced style, you might need a little adjustment.
The true narrator is actually a butterfly. Whenever the butterfly lands on someone, the story flows into that character's point of view. Most of the time, it stays with the protagonist (Woo Seok Jin), but when something truly significant happens, it may rest on someone else. And when scenes change, the butterfly can fly away from the protagonist and drift into another place & time and will eventually get back to him once again. It's meant to feel smooth, almost seamless.
Or it could happen more subtly, like when the protagonist walks through a door and steps into an entirely different place. Think of a smooth transition of a music video.
