Selena—no, Daisy—sat quietly in the backseat of her car, her mind a mess of pain and confusion. She couldn't stop replaying Leo's words. Her chest felt heavy, her throat tight from holding back tears. Finally, she called the only person she could think of—Bella.
"Come out," Daisy said weakly. "I need a drink."
Bella didn't hesitate.
By the time Daisy arrived at the small, dimly lit bar, she had already sent her bodyguards away. Moments later, Bella showed up, and the instant Daisy saw her, she broke down.
"Hey, hey," Bella murmured, catching her as she stumbled into her arms. "What happened?"
Daisy could barely speak through her sobs. "He—he took her away… he took my baby, Bella…"
Bella's eyes widened. She was the only one who knew about Daisy's secret child, and hearing it out loud made her heart ache.
"Okay, okay," she said softly, helping Daisy to a seat. "You need to calm down first. Drink something."
Daisy nodded, reaching for the glass on the table. One drink became two, then three, until her tears and the alcohol blurred into one.
Then Daisy's phone rang. She couldn't even lift her head, so Bella answered for her.
"Hello?" Bella said cautiously.
It was Leo's assistant. His voice sounded worried.
"Where is she? Is Miss Daisy okay?"
Bella hesitated. "She's… not doing great," she admitted. "She just needs someone by her side."
"Where are you?" the voice pressed.
Bella bit her lip, unsure, but after a long pause, she gave him the location.
Meanwhile, back at Leo's mansion, Leo was pacing restlessly. He couldn't stop thinking about her—how broken she looked when she left. He told one of his men to follow her discreetly. When the report came in that she was drinking at a bar, he sighed deeply and knelt beside Kulture's bed.
He kissed her forehead. "Daddy will be back soon, sweetheart. Go to sleep, okay?"
Kulture nodded sleepily, clutching her stuffed toy. "Okay, Daddy."
Minutes later, Leo arrived at the bar. The sight before him made his heart twist. Daisy was resting her head on Bella's shoulder, tears streaming down her cheeks.
"I hate him," she sobbed. "He doesn't love me… the other day he begged me to forgive him, and I did. But now that he knows about Kulture, he doesn't care about my feelings anymore. What gives him the right to take my child away from me? He's a bully…"
Bella tried to comfort her, rubbing her back gently. Daisy's voice cracked again. "My whole body hurts… my heart hurts…" She placed her hand on her chest, crying harder.
Demon happened to pass they and he saw daisy sitting there's without a face mask
Just then, a man approached them. Daisy looked up through her tears and recognized him—it was Damon, one of her co-stars.
"Daisy," he said softly, "you shouldn't be here. If someone sees you like this, there'll be a scandal. Come on, I'll take you somewhere safe."
Daisy blinked, too dizzy to understand. She nodded weakly and let him take her hand.
Leo's eyes darkened as he watched from the doorway. Rage burned through him. He stormed forward, grabbed Daisy's wrist, and pulled her back.
Who are you? Demon said
Leo glared at him. "I'm her boyfriend. And who the hell are you?"
"I'm her friend," Damon shot back. "And it looks like she doesn't want to go with you, so let her be."
"She's coming with me," Leo said coldly, his voice low.
"Leo, stop!" Bella said quickly, stepping between them.
Leo ignored her and turned to Daisy. "Daisy, let's go."
She stared at him with tear-stained eyes. "No, Leo. Just go… leave me alone."
His chest tightened. "If you don't come with me now," he said quietly, trying to hold his ground, "then don't ever expect me to come looking for you again."
But Daisy was too drunk to understand the weight of his words. She simply turned away and followed Damon out of the bar, with Bella hurrying after them.
Leo stood there, frozen. His fists clenched, jaw tight, his heart twisting painfully as he watched her disappear through the door.
