The team landed on an abandoned airfield and moved to a village behind the hills of the airfield. This village was home to just over 500 people and they lived very harmoniously. Lily's team drove in a simple car into the village parking the car and communicating with some of the villagers on the way. This village was not as simple as it appears on the surface. It was home to the most powerful people around the world. There were mercenaries, King soldiers and even assassins in the village but they never fought each other. They've all seen the horrors of war so they came together to build a safe heaven for themselves. Upon getting home, they all went to their rooms while Max and Damon came out later to cook. The girls sat on the sofa playing video games as they waited for the food to be served. Just as they were done, a knock sounded on their door which stunned them. The villagers never knocked so they knew it was not one of them. Ciara and Lily picked their pistols and Lily signaled the guys to take a look at what's going on through the upstairs window. The turned off the cooker and dashed upstairs looking out and realized the villagers were not looking good. It looked like they wanted to devour someone and a group of soldiers pointed guns at the villagers. "Looks like these soldiers don't know what's good for them." Damon said as he looked at them. Lily and Ciara opened the door to see a man with the rank of Marshal standing in front of them and they frowned. "Tell your men to drop their weapons if they don't want to die." Lily said coldly "is everything okay dear." An old woman asked slowly holding onto her cane. "Don't worry grandma Sara if they were bad I have no doubt you'll protect us." Ciara said putting her gun back and walked to hug the old woman. "They are thirty I'm too old now I can handle only twenty nine." Grandma said and the soldiers turned to look at her in shock. Ciara flexed her muscles which were non existent and patted her chest "I'll deal with the last one grandma." She said and all the villagers bust into laughter. "Lower your weapons boys...trust me even if an entire company came here we'll be no match for them." The commander said and the soldiers realized how bad it was. The instantly dropped their weapons and a looked of fear was on their faces along with shock. The Marshal gave us a file for each and we flipped through it slowly. "I thought we did one job every month." Max said raising his head from the files and the Marshal expecting the question replied coolly "special times demand special measures." He said and left immediately. "Lily sighed and said. "Alright let's just do it. We have to just collect the purple vile of liquid from the lab right." She said and flipped to the next page which had just one sentence. "Whatever you do...don't let the container be exposed and don't let the substance get into the atmosphere." Damon raised his head and sighed. "I think this is very serious." He said and returned to the kitchen "but it's not more serious than my hunger." He said and we all laughed setting the table and preparing to eat.
