The night sky stretched endlessly above, a blanket of darkness pierced only by the glimmer of stars and the flashing lights of the plane cutting across the heavens. It carried the burden of stories untold and destinies unfolding. The engines roared quietly, carving a path through the clouds as the plane approached Delhi. Dawn broke in gentle hues, casting a glow upon the city below.
Inside the cabin, Prabhas sat quietly near the window, his fingers interlaced, his mind racing. The orange hues of morning couldn't ease the weight in his chest. The mission in Rajasthan had brought some victories; two of the key criminals were behind bars but Vish was still out there. Vish had made a threat. One that haunted Prabhas since the moment he boarded the plane a week ago.
In one of the window seats, Prabhas leaned back, eyes open but weary. He wasn't merely returning from a journey; he was stepping back into the heart of a storm. The peaceful night belied the weight in his chest. Despite two major criminals from Vish's circle being captured in Rajasthan, the mastermind Vish was still at large. And Prabhas knew too well that Vish wasn't the kind to disappear quietly.
They landed in Delhi just as dawn began to rise. The city was still yawning awake, its streets beginning to fill with chai stalls and honking cars. Prabhas took leave from the authorities and returned to his safehouse. For now, he needed rest but more than anything, he needed to plan. Because what haunted him was not just what had happened, it was what was coming.
ONE WEEK BEFORE
Vish sat in a dark room lit by a single yellow bulb that swung slightly with the warm breeze. The cracked walls around him were lined with maps, charts, and chemical samples. This was no ordinary drug den. It was a temple of vengeance. Sanket, his loyal yet often questioning associate, sat beside him with a half-empty bottle of whiskey.
"Vish," Sanket began, "We've captured nearly every major metro city in India. Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi they're already dancing to our tunes. Why Rajasthan? It's a desert. No business. Your enemies are in Delhi. It's not worth the risk." Vish didn't answer at once. He leaned forward and placed a hand on a dusty photograph: a young girl standing beside a woman with a veena in her hands. Both smiling. His eyes darkened as he whispered, "Because it's not about business anymore. It's about revenge."
Sanket was silent as Vish continued. His voice cracked not from emotion, but from rage buried deep and long. "Prabhas and Sanyukta destroyed the one chance I had to ascend. To become a god. You know the ritual. A hundred lives of innocence sacrificed, and immortality is yours. They ruined it. And Rajasthan… that place took everything from me long before this war began."
Vish was discussing the matter of drugs. By this time Sanket was sitting beside him. They were discussing about capturing the market. Sanket said," Vish we have already captured the major part of India. Major cities are already addicted to drugs then why do you want to capture the desert of Rajasthan. There will be no market for it. Your enemies are in Delhi. Why do you want to make people in Rajasthan Addicted? Vish said," This two Prabhas and Sanyukta are the person who spoiled my huge plan of becoming a god. If I kill a hundred children I face immortality through the rituals but both of them ruin them.
The villagers are also responsible for all the things that happened to me. I want to take revenge on them. I chose Rajasthan for our research and a factory. Sanyukta is a girl who was brought up in Haveli with Rani Sa, a dancer and she is the one who is taking care of all the gals. Rani Sa is mistress of the Rajput king and Sanyukta is an illegitimate child of hers born with a Rajput king. I was Rani Sa's brother and Sanyuktha's uncle. We siblings were tormented by the Rajputs during the period when they were capturing the world.
My mother is a mere maid and father is a farmer. These Rajputs make them do hard labour and the queens make their maid work hard in the entire palace. If they make any mistakes then there will be no food and water for a day. We starved day and night for food and water and waited for my parents to arrive.
When they arrive at home they don't have the capacity to cook a single meal. My sister Rani only cooks something. She was taking care of me for many years and always will be my mom and my loving sister. I still remember the day when I was playing with her . The sun was setting in the sky. A group of soldiers came to my house holding two corpses and that was my mom and dad. These Rajputs tormented them to death by making them do the hard labour.
They also said that my father was killed because he stole the jewellery from the palace and to repay both me and my sister we have to work hard. She was taken to a brothel and I was sold to the laborers who do work for making temples and other monuments. I worked hard but life was not easy. Later when we became young she started the Haveli and started training the gals and earned money. I visited her many times and we had a good relationship but when I was sent to jail due to my rituals she abandoned me and we separated.
For the last month she was not feeling well and had a rare disease but currently I don't have the courage to cure and it is a rare disease. I came to know that Sanyukta came here with the children to see Rani sa. I sent men and to my shock my sister got shot by our men. I can only mourn my own mistakes. She finally joined the parents. Now I want to die with them destroying his their lives and Rajasthan is the safe place to make high amounts of drugs and the Haveli is the best place to do our business.
Hearing the sad story of Vish and his family, Sanket understood everything and was ready to destroy them with them. You don't know what it feels like to be born unwanted. My mother was a maid. My father, a farmer. They worked day and night for the Rajputs. No reward. No dignity. If my mother made a mistake in the palace, she was denied water. If my father broke under the sun, they beat him like cattle. And one day, they came back cold and lifeless. My parents were dumped at our doorstep. They called it justice because they accused my father of stealing royal jewelry. We starved. I was barely seven." Sanket looked away. He had never seen Vish like this before—so raw, so broken.
"They made my sister cook, clean, and dance… She eventually became a mistress to a Rajput king. Rani Sa, they called her. She started the Haveli. Trained girls. Built a world with music and culture. She was everything I had, everything that kept me sane. But when they arrested me for my rituals and killings, she turned away. She left me in prison to rot. I didn't just lose my freedom I lost her." What will happen next? Will Prabhas and Sanyukta escape from the evil clutches of Vish and Sanket? stay tuned
