Chapter-4: changes after 3 months of work
She wanted to help Harry and make him feel indebt to her. This way she can use the protagonist to do something for herself. She has many plans in her mind and this includes but not limited to losing her first time to a protagonist like Harry or Ron.
Also she plans to visit the Diagon alley and knock turn alley to steal some of the goods here that are useful to her. This includes money. After all, the cops in this world are not intelligent and house elves have more access and more magic tricks even without a wand.
The Aurors here said that they are intelligent but they are practically stupid compared to her brain. Even if they are given hundred chances they would never doubt that it was a house elf that stole the things.
There is no surveillance and there is no security. As long as the things are stolen, Winky can hide them for the time being. As for the reason to steal the money he wanted to get more information and money is the way to get information.

3 months has passed….
In these 3 months Winky has already read through all the books in the crouch mansion. Almost no restriction can stop her. So she was able to move and read all kinds of magic books. She would only stop if there is a life monitoring and surveillance restriction.

Magic is endless but you cannot use it freely. Drawing it into your body to use it is a very energy consuming thing. If not all the magicians would be equally powerful.
Winky can now use spells way of magic without spelling out the spell and without a wand. If there is a wand then the fatigue on her body would further reduces. But she did not find a suitable wand yet. This time she finally decided to steal the elder's wand of Dumbledore.
Unlike other wands this wand is special and it did not care who its owner is. It did not have any specific restrictions other than being strong. It is not the wand that is strong but it is the user. To be precise it is a generalized wand.
There are various situations where Harry would drop the resurrection stone, Dumbledore drop the elder's wand, the invisibility cloak was left behind. These things can be collected by Winky. If possible she wanted to take these things with her when leaving this world.
She was 100 percent sure long ago that she can win in this world and move forward. Even at that time, like the big war at the end she can fight in a way where her life is not threatened by anyone.
Also from the Fourth year she can go to Hogwarts and live there. There she can meet more people. Because of the age change most students would turn 19 that year and Hermione is also very close to the house elves.
She can find a chance to sneak into the library to find books related to elves and know what actually happened to their race. Just like that her schedule is full and no one knows what she is doing all this time. All the time she is still the innocent and stupid Winky in their eyes.
Winky had an idea and she put a simple cloth socks that is very thin into the book that Barty crouch senior completed reading. He would usually call her and give her the book he completed reading to put it back in the rack.
She just put this thin piece of cloth into the book cover carefully and you cannot tell it with the cover. This is the book that Barty crouch senior has already completed reading. So he would just check the front to see the name and would give it to Winky to keep it back in the rack.
"Winky… keep this book and these books into the rack…" Barty crouch senior asked her to work and Winky quickly went to work and took the book. Immediately she felt that a strange binding on her was broken. She can feel it.
