Peter POV:

The music soared, soft and golden, echoing across the rooftop garden of Parker Tower.

New York glimmered beneath us. A city reborn, wrapped in light, laughter and the slow rhythm of celebration.

Me and Gwen danced beneath strings of soft light, surrounded by friends, family and the quiet hum of peace. Fireworks traced constellations across the night sky; Tony was mock-dueling Thor with champagne flutes, while Aunt May was dancing with T'Challa, much to Shuri's endless amusement. Uncle Ben was busy glaring a hole behind T'Challa's head causing the poor guy to visibly sweat.

It was perfect.

For once, everything was truly perfect.

I leaned down slightly, whispering against Gwen's ear, "If nothing explodes tonight, I'm declaring this the most successful day of my life."

Gwen chuckled, brushing her nose against mine. "Don't jinx it, Parker."

I smiled. "What could possibly..."

A thunderclap of green glitch tore through air a few feet above us.

---

The rooftop trembled. Guests froze mid-dance as a swirling portal of green opened high above the tower. A chaotic whirl of emerald static and quantum distortion. Champagne glasses shattered from the shockwave.

"Uh," Tony blinked, "did anyone invite interdimensional guests?"

Before anyone could react... something (actually, several somethings) fell out of the portal.

Or rather someone(s).

Nine figures came crashing down in a tangle of limbs, webs and confusion directly into the wedding cake.

Frosting exploded everywhere. The 12-tier masterpiece of art, sugar and Stark-proof structural engineering collapsed in glorious ruin.

I stared while Gwen froze in surprise. The crowd went dead silent.

From the sugary wreckage, voices groaned:

"Ow..."

"Watch the tail!"

"Is that buttercream?"

"MY MASK! THERE'S FROSTING IN MY MASK!"

A squeaky voice added, "I call dibs on the cake pops!"

As the smoke cleared, I saw them, all in varying states of chaos:

Peter B. Parker, the fading smell of midlife crisis and all.

Peter Parker (the Noir one, somehow brooding even under frosting).

Peni Parker, fuming as her deactivated SP//dr lay sparking beside her.

Hobie Brown, guitar slung across his back and muttering something punkishly unprintable.

Pavitr Prabhakar, looking genuinely apologetic.

Margo Kess a.k.a. Spider-Byte, her digital avatar covered in frosting.

Peter Porker is also here

Gwendolyn Maxine Stacy, a different Spider-Woman.

And finally, a cooing infant. Mayday Parker, clutching a piece of cake and giggling.

The rooftop was silent.

Then I, with slow, incredulous calm, said, "…You ruined my after wedding dance cake."

Tony blinked. "Wait. Did they just say..."

"SPARTAN IVs," I roared, eyes blazing, voice now all command. "Capture those anomalies. Now."

Chaos, Confusion and Cake

The music cut out as rows of Spartan IVs burst from the perimeter. Sleek white and blue ceremonial armor gleaming under the rooftop lights. They moved with terrifying precision, forming tactical formations faster than anyone could blink.

The Spider-People panicked.

"Wait... wait... hold up!" Pavitr raised his hands. "We come in peace!"

A net of graviton cables pinned him to the ground.

Hobie swung his guitar. "Oi! What kinda fascist future wedding is this?!"

A Spartan countered by magnetically locking his instrument to the floor with his mag boot and punched him. Hard.

Peni leapt for her mech, only for Clanker to disable it with a virus.

"SP//dr systems: offline." Clanker chirped. "Please enjoy your stay in containment."

"WHAT?!" Peni yelled. "That's rude!"

Spider-Byte tried to phase out digitally and instantly found her signal scrambled. "Wait, how did..."

"Clanker firewall protocol: you're not the first hologram I've dealt with," Clanker replied, tone even.

Even Peter Porker tried to swing away, only to find himself lassoed by a drone tether and suspended mid-air, squealing indignantly. "This is species discrimination!"

---

Meanwhile, Gwen just pinched the bridge of her nose, frosting dripping from her veil.

"Peter," She said calmly, "they're Spider-People. Some of them are the same ones we saved 1610-B with."

"I can see that." I replied, crossing my arms as Spartans secured the group into floating quantum containment cubes. "But unless their invitations got lost in the multiverse mail, they just crashed my after wedding celebration."

Peter B. Parker, still half-buried in cake, raised a frosting-smeared hand. "In our defense… uh… this is our first portal malfunction."

Gwen stared at him. "Wait. Did you just say our?"

The Spider-People exchanged nervous glances.

"Right," Hobie muttered, "we might've taken a wrong turn on the ol' space-time highway."

My voice was low and sharp. "And you landed on my cake."

Tony leaned in toward Fury. "You know, I kinda like this Parker. Way scarier than the spider ones."

Fury sighed. "I already have a headache."

Containment

Within minutes, the Spartan IVs had the entire Spider-Verse gang in shimmering cubes of quantum stasis. Their gear, web-shooters, dimensional travel watches, gadgets, mechs hovered separately in containment fields.

I exhaled through my nose, brushing cake off him my sleeve. "All right. Someone explain, before I decide to redecorate the tower with your guts!!!"

Pavitr raised a hand sheepishly. "So… there's this thing called the Multiverse.."

"I'M AWARE!!!" I interrupted dryly. "You're talking to the guy who made his own Dimensional Stabilization Watches and Dimensional Navigation Gauntlets."

"Oh," Pavitr said. "Then… uh… surprise?"

According to Gwen my glare at that moment could have melted adamantium. Gwen stifled a laugh beside me.

---

The rooftop, moments ago filled with dancing and laughter now buzzed with alarms and quantum residue.

The wedding cake was gone. The champagne was ruined. The multiverse was apparently collapsing again.

I sighed and looked at Gwen.

She smirked at me, frosting still stuck on her cheek.

"Told you not to jinx it." She said.

I groaned. "I'm never getting a normal honeymoon, am I?"

"Not with your luck, Parker."

She leaned in, kissed mycheek and behind us, a restrained Peter Porker snorted frosting bubbles. Cartoon physics.
