Stephanie's POV
I was driving so slow, I swear a snail could have passed me. I kept looking in the rearview mirror every five seconds. Josh and Jolina were completely knocked out in the back seat. Like, dead to the world. Jolina's head was kind of tilted at this funny angle against the window, and Josh had his mouth open just enough that a little bit of drool was coming out.
Their hair was all crazy from the beach wind, full of sand. Their cheeks were all pink from the sun. They looked so peaceful. I had this stupid grin on my face that just wouldn't quit. My face actually hurt from smiling so much. Today was... wow. Just one of those perfect days you wish you could put in a jar and save for a rainy day.
