The attack was at point-blank range, so the beast couldn't even prepare and was once again tortured..I mean, attacked and Luo Cheng, who was in front of it, was now nothing better than a punching bag for it, so it sent an attack straight at its back, which he couldn't even prepare for, and was thrown more than 10 metres away, coughing out blood and some of his organs, maybe....

I threw the sword in my ring and fell on the ground while panting heavily and Luo simply stared at my reaction while consuming some herb but it still wasn't enough to heal him completely as he still coughed out blood from time to time so he didn't bother speaking to me right now as he simply couldn't.
I quickly stepped up while panting and, upon reaching him, took out some precious herbs from my magic ring, also given by the clan. Obviously, the plot should be this strong for the heir of the clan. Come on, guys...

After 40 minutes of resting, I heard the faintest sound of some human group or some group of animals moving quickly towards us which caused me to get up and Luo also looked at me, nodded, and hid behind the tree as he was still lightly injured and hadn't completely healed so he might become an easy target for our current potential attackers.
