A knock on the front door.
"I've got it!" Alaric runs to the front door and opens it. Vix follows Alaric to the door.
Rowan glances around the castle as she walks in. "How fascinating."
Silas and Cassian both run in and hug Alaric. "Al!"
Rowan glances at Alaric. "Hello, Alaric." Then Rowan looks at Vix. "Hello, Vix. You don't seem as interested to be here rather than how everybody else is interested?"
Vix shrugs. "I'm not much of a celebrating type…"
"So, who all is gonna be here?" Silas asks.
"Family! Also friends, old and new!" Alaric replies.
"Where's Cathie…?" Cassian asks.
"Her and her sister are getting supplies at the store!" Alaric says.
"I wish I went with them…" Vix mutters.
Rowan giggles. "Hey, Vix…? Would you like to meet my friend at some point?"
"Sure?" Vix replies.
Rowan smiles. "His name is Riven Solace, but everybody calls him Solace."
Vix thinks for a moment then asks. "May I ask why you suddenly brought Solace up?"
Rowan quiets her voice down to a whisper. "You're a magical animal, no?"
Vix raises an eyebrow. "Hmm?"
Rowan giggles as her voice is still low. "Solace is also a magical animal."
Vix gets confused. "Wait… really?"
Rowan nods. "He's nine hundred and sixty four. He's rather kind, even though is cold."
"Hmm… when am I supposed to meet him?" Vix asks.
"Sometime next month…" Rowan replies.
There's another knock on the door.
Alaric opens the door. "Hello, King Jackson! Hello, Queen Jackson! Come in!"
King Jackson and Queen Jackson both walk inside the castle, Benjamin and Marylin both run inside after they walk in.
Marylin goes and hugs Alaric. "Ally! Hello!"
Alaric hugs Marylin back. "Hello, Mary!"
Benjamin looks around. "Cathie gonna be here soon?"
Alaric nods. "Yeah, her and Maggie went to the store to get some items real quick."
"Oh, okay then!" Benjamin replies.
King Anderson walks up to the door. "Should we knock or just come in?"
Alaric looks up, then giggles. "Just come in, King Anderson and Queen Anderson. Where's Charlie at?"
Queen Anderson looks around. "He was just right here. Charles!"
Charles jumps out from behind a bush. "Boo!"
Queen Anderson jumps a bit. "Charles Raymond Anderson! Stop doing that all the time!"
King Anderson slightly shakes his head. "Charlie, go play with the others."
Charles giggles and runs inside. "Hello, Alaric!"
"Charlie, hey!" Alaric says. "Do you know when Lili is coming here?"
Charles shakes his head. "Nope, but I think she might have been behind us when we were coming here!"
"Okay, Cool!" Alaric replies.
Two vehicles pull up in the driveway.
King Graves, Queen Graves, and Lilias all three get out of one vehicle.
Lilias runs inside the house, running over to Alaric. "Al! Hello!"
Alaric smiles. "Hello, Lili!"
Vix and Rowan get off the couch and walk outside.
Margaret gets out of the vehicle and moves Catherine into her wheelchair.
Vix walks over to the wheelchair and grabs the handles. "Hello, Princess."
Catherine smiles up at Vix. "Hello, Lyric!"
Rowan slightly tilts her head while smiling. "Lyric…? But his name is Vix, no?"
Vix looks at Rowan. "Vix Lyric, I just go by Vix."
Everybody goes into the backyard, starting to talk and play games.
-After a bit-
Everybody gathers around, counting down. "10… 9… 8… 7… 6… 5… 4…"
Alaric bends down by the fireworks as everybody continues counting down. "3… 2…"
Alaric sets off the fireworks. "1!"
