"Mamá! Papá! Mamá! Papá!" Alaric says while diving onto Scarlett and Chester's bed.
Chester chuckles a little. "Hey, Al."
Scarlett smiles at Alaric. "We know, we know. It's Christmas morning."
"Presents!" Alaric exclaims.
"Why do you think my parents, sister, and her children are over here?" Chester replies.
Alaric giggles. "Alright then, I'll go wake up Abuela, Abuelo, Tía Jazzie, Maggie, and Cathie!"
Alaric runs out of Chester and Scarlett's room, he runs over to the room that Dennis and Luciliae are in, jumping onto their bed. "Abuela! Abuelo! Abuela! Abuelo! It's Christmas morning!"
Dennis sighs. "Al, it's still early… we don't like waking up until seven in the morning."
Alaric rolls his eyes. "Abuelo! It's only an hour early!"
Luciliae smiles at Alaric. "You don't seem to think the same when you wake up in the morning for school, at least that's what Chester says."
"This is different, Abuela!" Alaric replies. "This is Christmas morning!"
Dennis and Luciliae get up from their bed, following Alaric out of the room.
Alaric runs into Jasmine's room, jumping on her bed, he goes to speak but stops himself and starts quickly tapping Jasmine.
Jasmine wakes up. "Yes, Al?"
Alaric signs while he starts speaking excitedly. "Tía Jazzie! It's Christmas morning!"
Jasmine chuckles and nods. "Okay, Al! I'll get up!"
Alaric quickly gets up and runs off, running into Margaret's room and jumping onto her bed. "Maggie! Maggie! Christmas morning!"
Margaret wakes up. "Okay, Al. I'll get up in a minute."
Alaric rolls his eyes. "Is anybody gonna be as excited as me!"
Alaric then runs off into Catherine's room, running over to her bed and tapping her shoulder. "Cathie! It's finally Christmas morning!"
Catherine uses her hands to sit up. "Cool! Can you help me up, Al?"
Alaric nods, then gets Catherine's wheelchair and carefully slides her into it, then pushes Catherine into the living room where Chester, Scarlett, Dennis, Luciliae, Jasmine, and Margaret are all sitting on the couch and ground by the Christmas tree. Alaric situates Catherine's wheelchair beside the Christmas tree.
Alaric smiles widely. "Papá! Mamá! Can we open gifts now?!"
Chester nods. "Sure, Al."
Chester reaches down and grabs a present. "Okay, this one is… Catherine's!" Chester hands the present to Catherine.
Catherine smiles and takes the present. "Thank you, Tío Chester!"
Catherine carefully opens the present, revealing a sunflower puzzle. "I love it! Thank you!"
Luciliae smiles. "We figured you would like that, Cathie. You always seem to love puzzles and gardening."
Catherine giggles a bit. "But puzzles are easier because I only need a table for those."
Chester grabs another present. "Next is… Margaret!" Chester hands the present to Margaret.
Margaret takes the present. "Thanks, Tío Chester."
Margaret then opens the present, her eyes light up. "You guys got me a sewing kit?!" Margaret hugs Chester. "Thank you so much, Tío!"
Chester hugs Margaret back. "No problem, Maggie."
Chester then grabs another present. "This one is for… Alaric!" Chester hands it to Alaric. "Jasmine got this one for you."
Alaric takes the present and signs. "Thank you, Tía Jazzie!"
Alaric opens the present, then opens the box then signs while speaking. "Ooh! A fox plushie! Wait… and something else…?" Alaric grabs the other object, then gets even more excited and signs while speaking. "Oh! It's a pass to the zoo!"
Jasmine nods. "I know you love animals, so I got you a pass to the zoo. It lasts for a year."
Alaric hugs Jasmine, then signs. "Thank you, Tía Jazzie!"
Jasmine speaks. "No problem, Ally."
Chester grabs another present. "Okay, this one is for… Papa!" Chester hands the present to Dennis.
Dennis takes the present. "Thank you, Chester, and I assume I should also say, thank you, Jasmine."
Jasmine nods. "Yes, Papa."
Dennis opens the present. "Oh? Thank you, Chester. Thank you, Jasmine. I've been looking for a vinyl record player!"
Chester reaches down. "Next is… Mama!" Chester hands the present to Luciliae.
Luciliae smiles. "Thank you, Chester and Jasmine." Chester hands the present to Luciliae.
Luciliae takes the present and opens it. "A tea set?" Luciliae smiles. "Thank you both!"
Chester grabs another present. "Next one is for… Scarlett! Here you go, Babe."
Scarlett smiles then takes the present. "Who is this one from?"
Chester smiles back. "Mama and Papa got the presents for us and Jazzie."
"Oh, thank you, Dennis and Luciliae." Scarlett says.
"We only got it because we know Chester loves you." Dennis replies.
Scarlett opens the gift. "Wait…? You got me notebooks and pencils?"
Luciliae nods. "Yeah, Chester told us you like writing."
"Thank you." Scarlett says.
Chester grabs another present. "This one is for… Jasmine! Here you go Jazzie" Chester signs while handing the present to Jasmine.
Jasmine smiles. "Thanks. And thank you, Mama and Papa!"
Dennis and Luciliae both nod.
Jasmine opens the present. "Paints, canvas' and a camera?! Thank you so much Mama and Papa!"
Dennis smiles, then signs while speaking. "We know you love painting and we figured, why not get you a camera."
Jasmine speaks. "Oh yeah, that must mean the last one is for you, Chester!"
Chester looks at the last present. "I suppose so. Thank you, Mama and Papa."
Chester picks up the present and opens it. "A chess set? Thank you, Mama! Thank you, Papa!"
Miss Juniper walks into the living room. "Chef Emily said that breakfast is ready."
Everyone gets up and goes to the kitchen, then starts eating. After they finish eating, Alaric goes to run upstairs. But Catherine stops him, quietly speaking. "Are you going to get Lyric?"
Alaric nods. "Yeah, I wanted to give him a gift!"
Margaret walks over. "Are you talking about Vix?"
Alaric nods. "Yes."
Margaret hands Alaric a box. "I wanted you to give this to him at some point."
Alaric takes the box. "Alright, I will!"
Catherine speaks. "Al? Can I go to your room with you?"
Alaric nods, then grabs Catherine's wheelchair and goes into the elevator, then goes to his room with Catherine after getting a box she wanted him to get.
Alaric enters his room, then looks around. "Vix? Are you able to come here?"
Vix appears on Alaric's bed. "Yes? Christmas, correct?"
Alaric nods. "Yes! It is! I got you something!" Alaric hands Vix a box.
Vix takes the box and opens it. "A cookbook?" Vix smiles at Alaric. "Thank you, Prince."
Alaric smiles back at Vix. "You're welcome!"
Catherine picks up the box from her lap. "I also got you something!" Catherine hands it to Vix.
Vix opens the box, then smiles. "Thank you, Princess." Vix then picks up the pendant from the box and puts it on.
Alaric speaks. "Also, Maggie got you something apparently!" Catherine hands it to Vix.
Vix opens it, then slightly tilts his head while smiling. "A sweater?" Vix uses his magic to shrink it to his size. "I'll change the size of it depending if I appear human or an animal."
Vix then teleports three boxes to himself and hands one to Catherine. "Here, Princess."
Catherine smiles and takes the box, she opens it then her smile gets bigger. Catherine puts the flower crown on her head. "Thank you, Lyric!"
Vix nods while smiling, then hands a box to Alaric.
Alairc takes the box and opens it, then picks up a few books from it, looking through the books. "Oh! Cool! It's about animals!"
Vix nods. "Yeah, I figured you would like the books, so you can know more about animals."
Alaric nods while smiling. "Thank you so much, Vix!"
Vix hands another box to Alaric. "Could you give this to Princess Margaret?"
Alaric nods. "Yeah, I will later when I see her again!"
Vix, Alaric, and Catherine start talking.
