DIANA'S POV
I left the restaurant and ran. "Wait, Diana!" he called after me. I didn't turn back to look at him and just continued running making my way back home.
I ran all the way, and when I arrived and opened the door, I was met with an empty apartment. God knows where my mother was, she was barely ever home.
I expected Keith to follow after me but he didn't. Instead, he called me. I ignored the call and fell to the floor crying.
I cried in utter shock and disbelief. Keith was getting married to someone else. It was supposed to be me that he chose to marry.
He continuously tried to call me but I ignored them. He then resorted to sending me texts, however, he never came to my home. I was frustrated by this. The following day it was the same, he didn't show up.
Eventually, I picked up my phone and asked him why he wouldn't. He told me that his father wouldn't allow him. He said he had to be faithful to his new partner.
