JASMINE'S POV
It was on Tuesday that I finally received a response from my father.
I had sent an email to him on Sunday threatening to turn him in for murdering my mother unless he did what I told him to do. I had also made sure to preface my connection to the Carrington family.
It was around mid-morning when I finished a meeting I had to attend with Louis when my father called me, which took me by surprise. The nearest place I would have privacy was an emergency staircase. I went there and I accepted the call and brought the phone up to my ear.
"Jasmine what is the meaning of this!" his deep rich voice sounded through the phone. It had been years since I had last heard my father's voice I couldn't believe I was talking to him.
"Hello father it's rare for you to call me, I'm so hono—" I said to him.
"Shut up you bitch, how did you get those files! Who gave them to you!!" he interrupted me.
