I sighed, wiping my forehead in frustration. "Dawn, go meet that lady," I pointed to the maidservant that Draven had assigned to help us.
He suddenly announced a family date to celebrate Damien's surgery success, but it was difficult.
The children who had heard the news were excited about the dinner date but wouldn't let the maidservant help them with anything.
I was the one who bathed them and dressed them, and worst of all, I had to ensure that Damien ate before we went on the date.
Draven went the extra mile, even preparing matching outfits for the entire family. We had purple shirts with different writings on them.
Mine had "Mummy," Damien's shirt had "First Son," Drew's shirt had "Second Son," and Dawn's shirt had "Daddy's Girl." Our names were on the back, and that wasn't all. We even had to wear matching jeans and sneakers.
