"Even Miss Yukinoshita admires Young Master Akira very much, let alone you."
Kana Sada glanced at Hayama Riko.
"I just thought Young Master Akira…" Riko looked a little embarrassed.
"Young Master Akira's girlfriend is very beautiful. Even Miss Shimizu can't compare to her," Kana Sada said, glancing into the recording studio.
"Then I feel relieved," Riko smiled softly.
"Perform well in the future. Hoshiyuu Agency has resources and support, and will definitely become a large voice actor agency someday," Kana Sada said seriously.
Riko nodded, sharing the same hope.
....
Inside the recording studio,
Akizuki Rina stood in front of the microphone.
Her character was that of a tsundere childhood friend who liked the male protagonist — Akira Fujimiya.
Her dialogues?
Improvised.
Akira stood in front of another microphone, without holding anything.
This scene took place in the corridor, so all the details of the setting and the emotions had to be imagined by both of them.
"Rina, I finally found you. Where did you go just now?" Akira asked in the gentle, caring voice of the male protagonist.
"Do I need to tell you where I'm going?" Akizuki Rina replied bluntly.
"Of course not. It's just that I wanted to have lunch with you. We used to have lunch together often…" Akira's tone remained soft and warm, showing the gentle nature of his character.
"We're already high school students. Having lunch together was something we did when we were kids. You came to me because you had no one else to eat with, right? How pitiful," Rina said sharply, her words harsh but fitting for her tsundere personality in the role.
"I…"
"Humph. Even though my aunt asked me to take care of you, I don't have to be so close to you."
"I'm sorry. I just wanted to have lunch with you, Rina…"
"I don't want to have lunch with you. I get angry just by seeing your face."
"Did I do something wrong?"
"Have you forgotten what you've done?"
"I'm sorry, Rina, I…"
"Move aside. Don't block my way."
Akizuki Rina paused for a few seconds, clenched her fists, lowered her head and spoke again but this time in a low voice.
"You clearly said you wanted to marry me when we were little, and you even kissed me. But I can't remember any of it. You're really terrible."
With that, the scene ended.
Kana Sada and Hayama Riko exchanged surprised glances.
Rina Akizuki had designed her own lines, which were perfectly consistent with her tsundere personality.
As for Akira, his lines were entirely improvised, capturing the gentle male protagonist perfectly.
"Young Master Akira is really…" Kana Sada's admiration for him had reached a new level.
"He's so amazing that he could debut as a voice actor directly," Riko said, her face full of disbelief.
Inside the recording studio, Akira smiled slightly and said, "Yes, the tsundere feeling is very strong."
"Thank you, Master Akira, for your recognition. You're amazing. I thought you were one of the already famous voice actors. Your gentle male protagonist voice is not inferior to theirs," Rina said with a smile.
"I've written novels before and practiced various ways of speaking. Sometimes I even acted out scenes by myself," Akira said simply.
Rina wanted to comment, but held back, realizing he was sincere.
"Now it's my turn, Rina," Sakura Yuki stood up and moved to the microphone.
"Come on," Rina said, clenching her fists.
Sakura Yuki smiled and nodded. Her character was that of a junior, with lines that could be freely implied.
"Young Master Akira, I'll do my best. Please give me your guidance," Sakura Yuki said, bowing slightly.
"Alright," Akira replied.
Sakura Yuki took a deep breath and began.
"Akira senpai, I saw everything. Akizuki senpai went too far. Can I have lunch with you?"
"Thank you, but I'll eat alone. You and your friends…"
"Do you hate me, Senpai?"
"No, I don't hate you. It's just…"
"Just what? Am I not cute?"
"You're cute. It's my problem."
"Then it is settle, Senpai. Let's go."
"It'll be misunderstood."
"I'm not afraid of misunderstandings. I've always loved you."
Sakura Yuki's scene ended.
Akira had recognized her strength immediately, even imagining her character as a skilled junior.
Saori Shimizu stood up and approached the microphone next.
Her character was that of a senior, and she would create her own lines.
Akira waited for her to speak, and she remained silent, watching him.
So he started—
"Sorry, Senpai, I'm late."
"It's fine. Shall we start?"
"Start? Start with what?"
"Treatment.Help me heal. I hate men getting close to me."
"Then me?"
"You are special… I want you to be special."
Hearing this, Akira glanced at her.
"Then… please extend your hand, Senpai, and we…"
"Kiss me."
"..Senior!? What… what did you say?"
"I said — Kiss me."
"This… this is absolutely impossible."
"I've locked the door. If you don't kiss me, we'll wait here until tomorrow."
Saori Shimizu looked at him with a serious gaze, imagining herself as the Senpai in the scene.
"I'd rather wait until tomorrow with you, Senpai."
"...Why? Am I not beautiful?"
"You are beautiful, but I already have someone I like."
"Did you kiss her?"
"No…"
"Then why did you reject me?"
"If I kissed you, I'd be letting down the girl I like, and I'd have to be responsible for you."
"I don't need you to be responsible."
"Then will you allow me to have two girlfriends?"
"It doesn't matter. I don't care."
"Senior, I found a reason why I don't like you."
"What reason?"
Akira paused for a moment before replying.
"Senior doesn't like me."
"I like you."
"No, If Senpai really liked someone, you wouldn't say such things. If I liked you, I wouldn't want other men around you."
{T/N: ....👀}
Saori Shimizu frowned, momentarily speechless. Akira nodded, satisfied.
"Ms. Shimizu, your lines are very interesting. I can clearly see the scene—a senpai who doesn't understand love, and yet is impressed by the protagonist," Akira said.
"Thank you," she replied, lowering her head and returning to her usual expressionless demeanor.
"Akira nee-san, voice acting is so interesting. Where should I start learning?" Hikigaya Komachi asked, standing up.
"She's a complete newbie. Who among you three would like to coach her?" Akira asked the three voice actors.
Akizuki Rina and Sakura Yuki looked at each other, then turned to Shimizu Saori. She met Komachi's gaze and nodded.
"I can teach you," Saori said.
"Really? Are you willing to teach Komachi?"
Komachi's eyes lit up.
She had already recognized Saori Shimizu as the strongest among the three.
"One month. If she works hard, she can become an official voice actor within a month," Saori said, turning to Akira.
"Then I'll trouble you. I'll ask Kana Sada to help get you some main character roles," Akira replied confidently.
"Thank you, but I'll fight for it myself and even take her to the auditions with me. Just give me a chance," Saori said firmly.
"Okay, I understand," Akira said.
When leaving Hoshiyuu Agency, Akira returned to his normal self.
As Hikigaya Komachi followed Saori Shimizu, while Kana Sada returned to work with the Flash Animation project.
