Zyra and Victor sat on the roof discussing about the oak tree while Nerina checked up on Grandma Ophelia at intervals.
Drew who had been feeling guilty finally spoke to Lin who still laid in his arms her eyes shut but she wasn't asleep.
"Lin. I'm sorry". He spoke, he's voice was barely audible.
Lin's eyes flew open and she sat up looking at Drew. "You don't have to be". She spoke with a soft smile.
"No I have to be. I didn't know you'd made such a huge sacrifice to keep me alive…".
"You were the one who told me that love is sacrifice. You'd stay out of work just to be with me".
"There is no sacrifice I've made, that is as big as this".
"It doesn't have to be. I love you Drew and I just want you to love as much, there is no other sacrifice I want".
"I don't know if there is something bigger than love Lin, but if they were. It will still be for you, it will always be you Lin. I'll always choose you, I promise".
