Noah sweated sitting down, waiting to hear from him. He tried methods he learned to ease stress by gnawing on the pencils and tapping his feet, but all of this didn't really seem to work for him. Looking around, he saw what a basic room would look like: some good posters, a trashcan, and some mints at the brown table that he's sitting at. He slowly got up and walked to leave, but it was locked. He then fell, and his neck got impaled by an umbrella in a trashcan.
"I told you that you couldn't escape," the voice above him said. The person had messy black hair and glasses and always looked tired; it was Notokawi. Noah sighed and ripped his neck out from the umbrella, leaving a gaping wound but he ignored it and sat down, holding on to the chair for support and Notokawi sat in the buisness chair and he looked ticked. "You know what happens when you don't follow orders, right?"
"I...do," Noah said looking down and sweating. Notokawi gets irritated even more and shoves Noah to look at him, showing him his bloody nails. "All night... all night I was biting at my fingers..." he said silently. "BUT LOOK AT THEM NOW! EVERYTHING ON MY NAILS IS GONE; JUST A BLEEDING CLUMP OF MESS." Noah's heart rate spikes and he accidentally falls and hits his gaping neck on the chair, making him paralyzed.
Notokawi sighed and walked to the side where he was and sat on the right edge of the table. "You know, a long time ago I gave you knowledge on a bunch of things...right?" Noah tried to nod even though everything was agony. "About the universes and stars and how this wasn't always an infinite plane of existence... right?" Noah nodded again. Then Notokawi kicked him in his stomach, making him spew out a river of blood from his mouth, making his stomach thinner. "And did I not tell you how to improve your ability? Didn't I?" Notokawi's hair started to rise up and his teeth gritted.
"Then... why... did you decide to spew out my secrets? I have it on camera." Notokawi shows him a video of him telling Maya it was a secret about how he improved his power. Noah tried to speak but all that came out were bloody gurgles. "I forgot, you're so pitiful. You can't even speak. Thank God I'm an engineer." Notokawi pulled out something that looked like a gas mask but it had a square around it that had chat boxes. He placed it on Noah face and Noah felt like he was able to talk again.
"It heals nearby factors, letting you speak. Don't fuck with me and make it snappy." He said silently and calmly. "I didn't intend to lead her on! I was just saying it was a secret, as you said—" Notokawi shoved his foot on his face, breaking the device, with all factors going back to normal Noah felt a huge surge of pain. Notokawi watched the device fall. "Too bad, I spent 22 million and 3 months working on it, a big pain in my ass though."
But this time Notokawi kept pressing his foot on his face and Noah felt every pain until his head got crushed and he fell limp. Notokawi wiped his outfit and his shoes on the ground. He then left and waved to another employee and when he was in a sector with nobody, he pulled up his phone. "Hello, how are you gentlemen doing? Yeah, I'll need my office cleaned and also I want you to get rid of Nate's brother. Make it snappy." He said in a calm voice, using a nail sandpaper on his nonexistent nail, putting sharps of pain he didn't respond to and blood all over it.
He then threw it in the trash and walked away
