The skies over Happy Harbor split apart like shattered glass. Great alien warships descended in a storm of fire and steel. The air trembled with thunderous roars, beams of energy lancing down to obliterate buildings block by block. Civilians screamed, scattering in panic.
The Team—Robin, Aqualad, Kid Flash, Superboy, Artemis, Miss Martian, Zatanna, and Ryotaro—assembled in the center of the chaos. Their breaths caught at the sight of the massive vessel lowering above them, casting its shadow across the entire harbor.
Robin's hands flew across his holographic screen. "No record of this design in any League database."
Aqualad steadied his water-bearers. "Then we must assume they are hostile."
"Big shocker!" Wally shouted, ducking as a plasma blast vaporized the building behind him.
Ryotaro's fists clenched. His instincts screamed that this wasn't just an ordinary mission. Something about the tension in the air, the silence between explosions—it felt wrong. Yet he didn't have time to think. The alien started to opened fire with their weapon.
The Team fought valiantly, spreading out across the harbor. Artemis' arrows pierced drones, Aqualad crushed alien soldiers with tidal waves, Superboy smashed through steel walkers. Ryotaro fought side by side with Robin, using martial arts precision to dismantle mechs while Robin's explosives cleared paths.
But the invasion was endless. For every drone destroyed, three more descended. The mothership loomed, indifferent.
Then came the first blow.
A beam lanced down, engulfing Zatanna. She screamed—and vanished into white light. Nothing remained. Not even ash.
"No!" M'gann cried, her voice cracking. She fell to her knees, reaching for the space where her friend had been.
Robin froze mid-throw, his chest heaving. "She's… gone?"
Aqualad clenched his jaw. "We cannot stop. We must endure!"
But in their hearts, doubt stirred. One of their own had fallen. And the war was only beginning.
The Team fought street by street, trying to stem the tide. The city burned around them. But the aliens pressed without mercy.
A swarm of drones ambushed them in the ruins of a collapsed tower. Wally zipped to intercept, moving faster than sight—but the enemy adapted. A sonic cannon erupted, freezing him mid-step. The beam struck, and in an instant, Kid Flash was gone. Disintegrated.
"WALLY!" Artemis screamed, loosing arrow after arrow until her quiver was empty. She lunged with her last blade, cutting down two drones—but a third skewered her with plasma fire. She also disintegrated without leaving anything.
"Artemis!" Robin's voice broke. His body trembled, fury boiling, but the tears blurred his vision. Ryotaro grabbed his shoulder, dragging him back. "Not here. Not like this!"
Superboy roared, hurling himself at the enemy. His fists shattered armor, his eyes burned with desperation. But even he was not invincible. The mothership itself turned its cannon upon him. The blast consumed the half-Kryptonian in a radiant inferno.
Silence fell. Only four remained—Aqualad, Miss Martian, Robin, and Ryotaro.
The survivors regrouped in the ruins of the mountain base. Smoke choked the air. Ash coated their skin. Their wounds bled freely, but their spirits bled deeper.
"We cannot win," Aqualad admitted, his voice heavy. "But we must fight until the end."
Robin's hands shook. "This doesn't make sense. We've lost half the team in under an hour—how are we supposed to—"
A sudden strike ended the thought. Alien drones swarmed from the ceiling. Aqualad pushed the others aside, holding the line with water-forged blades. He fought like a king, every swing felling a soldier. But numbers overwhelmed him. Plasma burned over his body and disintegrated him.
"No!" Miss Martian screamed, rushing forward—but Ryotaro held her back. Aqualad's final words echoed, barely audible.
"Live… for Atlantis… for the world…"
And then he was gone.
Robin collapsed against the wall, his laughter hollow, broken. "We're… we're all gonna die."
Ryotaro's fists clenched so hard they bled. His voice trembled, half in rage, half in despair. "No. There must be a way. We need to try our best."
The ground shook again. Alien titans descended, their cannons glowing. Robin and Ryotaro leapt forward together, but Robin was caught mid-air. A beam of energy pierced him, the boy wonder vanishing in a flash.
Ryotaro screamed, stumbling forward, reaching—but only ashes drifted where his partner had stood. Now only two remained: Miss Martian and Ryotaro.
The city was gone. The world was ending. Above them, the mothership's cannons charged for the final shot.
M'gann sobbed, clutching her head. "We can't win, Ryotaro. They're all gone—we're next. I can't—"
But Ryotaro did not fall. His body shook violently, his grief transforming into rage. Every loss—Zatanna, Wally, Artemis, Superboy, Aqualad, Robin—burned inside him. His chest felt like it would split open. His mind shattered under the weight of loss.
"No, not like this."he whispered. "No more please."
Something deep inside him stirred. Not the Joker Memory. Not the Double Driver. Something darker. Something older. A power that should never have been touched.
Golden energy exploded from his body, swirling into an aura of raw destruction. A golden Driver materialized upon his waist, its surface etched with the mark of time itself. Dark, ancient memories whispered in his ears. The mantle of the King of Time.
Ryotaro yelled out. "Henshin!"
"Shukufuku no Toki! Saikou! Saizen! Saidai! Saikyou-ou! Oma Zi-O! "the voices intoned.
The ground is blazed with lava gushing out and the large time like circle appears onto the ground with Ryotaro in the center. Ryotaro's eyes glowed gold, his scream ripping through the sky. His armor materialized—regal, black and gold, dripping with the power of annihilation. Kamen Rider Ohma-Zio stood where a boy once had.
The aliens faltered, their sensors overloaded by the impossible energy. The mothership itself trembled as if recognizing a predator.
M'gann gasped, her psychic senses overwhelmed. "Ryotaro…Is that you?"
Oma-Zio raised his hand. Time itself slowed to his will. A thousand drones froze mid-flight. With a single gesture, he crushed them into dust. The sky burned with golden flame.
"Everything ends," Ryotaro's voice echoed, distorted and terrible. "And I am the end."
He leapt into the air, striking the mothership with his fist. The colossal vessel cracked like glass, splitting apart as if reality itself obeyed him. Alien titans disintegrated under his gaze. Every strike warped time, erasing entire squadrons from existence before they could fire.
M'gann clutched her head, tears streaming down her face. "Stop! Please—you'll destroy everything!"
But Ryotaro could not hear her. His grief had become wrath. His humanity drowned in godhood. The power of Ohma-Zio consumed him.
