"Father… why did my clothes vanish?" Haochen asked shyly. Though he knew nothing of such matters, he still felt shame.
Once Xingyu draped a robe over him, Haochen calmed. Ye Ling uncovered Cai'er's eyes again. She still had no idea what had happened, only gazed at him curiously with a hint of helplessness.
"It's nothing," Ye Ling said, ruffling her hair with a laugh. Seeing his expression, Cai'er decided not to ask further.
Afterward, Long Xingyu questioned Haochen's resolve while extending his spiritual sense to probe the surroundings. Haochen's answer was the same—he chose both to protect and to punish.
A Dual Knight.
As a Guardian, he longed to shield everything before him. As a Retribution Knight, though vengeance was not his nature, the strength Ye Ling had shown earlier filled him with awe. He wanted to pursue that same terrifying power.

Long Xingyu nodded firmly. After exchanging a few words with Bai Yue, and receiving her silent approval, he gathered Ye Ling, Haochen, and Cai'er, then soared away toward Odin Town.
He had left protective wards here, so he felt no worry. And with Bai Yue's status, the demons would never dare target her.
Meanwhile, in Odin Town, Instructor Balza was already leading his knights and squires, weapons drawn, ready to fight.
