Konoha, Year 56, Land of Water Underground Laboratory.
Rin lay on the bed, fine beads of sweat trickling down her forehead, her hands gripping the sheets tightly.
Tsunade sat by the bed, gentle medical Chakra gathered at her fingertips.
She gently pressed on Rin's abdomen, easing the contractions, while softly comforting her, "Take deep breaths, follow my rhythm. You can do it, this is your and Kakashi's child."
She reached for a nearby towel and carefully wiped the sweat from Rin's forehead.
Rin bit her lip, forcing out a difficult smile. "Tsunade-sama, with you here, I'm not afraid. I'm just a little worried if the child will..."
Before she could finish, a sharp pain struck.
Tsunade immediately increased her Chakra output to stabilize her. "Don't overthink it. I've been monitoring your body, your child is very healthy, you'll be able to hold him soon."
In the hallway outside the laboratory door, there were four men.
Kakashi leaned against the wall, his Sharingan beneath his short white hair slightly contracted, his ears constantly angled towards the door, his breathing almost imperceptible.
Whenever Rin's cries of pain sounded from inside, his fingers would instinctively clench, and the Sharingan under his forehead protector would glow faintly red.
Orochimaru stood with his arms crossed, pondering if the resurrected Rin was truly no different from a real person.
Minato patted Kakashi's shoulder, offering a warm rice ball. "Eat something first, you'll need strength to hold the baby later. When Kushina gave birth to Naruto, I was just as nervous as you, I couldn't even hold my chopsticks steady."
He smiled, recalling the past, trying to ease Kakashi's anxiety. "Once the baby is born, I'll teach you how to hold him, don't be like me back then, holding Naruto like a package."
Kakashi took the rice ball but had no appetite to eat it, he just held it in his hand. "Thank you, sensei. My mind is completely on Rin right now, I'm worried something might happen to her."
Shun, who already had 7 children, teased him with a relaxed expression, "Kakashi, Rin will be fine. As for you, have you thought of a name for the child? You can't just keep calling him little guy after he's born, can you?"
Kakashi's body stiffened almost imperceptibly, his tone tinged with a bit of confusion. "Not yet. I've been so worried about Rin's health lately that I haven't had time to think."
Minato turned around, a gentle smile in his eyes. "How about I offer some suggestions? How about Hayate? Free like the wind, it also carries our hopes for the child's future, hoping he can break through all obstacles like a swift wind."
Kakashi silently pondered for a moment. Obito's smiling face and Rin's gentle eyes flashed through his mind, and he gently shook his head.
"Let's call him Ken instead. It means firm and brave. I hope he can firmly protect the people he wants to protect, and bravely face everything in the future."
Shun patted Kakashi's shoulder, his eyes filled with encouragement. "That's a good name, it has strength. After all, in our Ninja World, firmness and bravery are more important than freedom."
Just then, the laboratory door opened with a "click."
Tsunade's assistant poked her head out, her face beaming with joy. "Rin has successfully given birth. Tsunade-sama said it's a healthy baby boy."
The four men instantly crowded around. Kakashi practically stumbled through the door, forgetting to put down the rice ball.
Inside the laboratory, Rin lay weakly on the bed, her face pale but smiling.
Seeing Kakashi enter, she weakly stretched out her hand. "Kakashi... Come quickly, look at our child."
Tsunade handed the infant to Kakashi, her voice filled with relief. "His cry is very loud, all his physical indicators are normal, even healthier than an ordinary newborn."
As she spoke, she gently touched the baby's tiny hand, and the little one immediately clutched her fingertip, making everyone chuckle.
Kakashi's hands trembled as he took the child, his movements clumsy but exceptionally gentle, his breathing almost imperceptible. He looked down at the little one in the swaddling clothes, and his heart was instantly filled.
The child's hair was silver-white, just like his. But on closer inspection, his face had a familiar outline, strikingly similar to the always boisterous Obito of yesteryear.
What surprised him most was that the child's open eyes were a pair of sky-blue irises. These eyes didn't resemble either parent at all. They were clearly a mutation, gleaming with a strange luster, as if containing some special power.
Minato leaned over, surprise flashing in his eyes. "These eyes... A special eye color, could it be a mutation?"
Orochimaru stepped forward, looking at the examination report.
"Eye color mutation, no Sharingan patterns, and no Byakugan Chakra pathways. From what we can see so far, there are no special reactions, and no impact on health."
He pulled out a testing device and handed it to Kakashi. "You take this. You can periodically monitor the child's Chakra changes in the future, and if there's any abnormality, come find me anytime."
Shun stood by, looking at the tears in Kakashi's eyes, his heart filled with emotion.
He stepped forward and looked. "He's a lively little guy, let's call him Uchiha Ken for now. If he doesn't awaken the Sharingan in the future, he can change his name to Hatake Ken, to leave some bloodline for the Hatake clan."
Rin looked at the scene before her and spoke weakly. "Kakashi, our child looks a bit like Obito?"
Her voice was tinged with a sob, a mix of joy for the new life and nostalgia for a lost comrade.
Upon hearing this, Kakashi's heart ached, and he lowered his head to kiss the child's forehead.
He then held the child to Rin's side and said, "He's like him and not like him. He's our child, and also, he came into this world carrying everyone's expectations. From now on, we will give him all of Obito's love, together."
Tsunade walked to Rin's side, covered her with a blanket, and handed her a bowl of warm nourishing soup.
"Drink some soup first to restore your body. You've just given birth, you can't overexert yourself. I'll arrange for someone to take care of the child, and he'll have daily physical examinations to ensure his health. But don't worry, my assistants are all my trusted confidantes, very tight-lipped, they won't reveal any secrets."
She paused, then looked at Orochimaru, and the two exchanged a glance.
The healthy birth of the child not only brought hope to Kakashi and Rin's lives but also proved that their resurrection jutsu had no negative effects on offspring. This added the most important weight to the subsequent plan to resurrect Nawaki.
Orochimaru nodded knowingly, writing "Verification successful, subsequent plans can proceed" in his notebook.
Shun quietly exited the laboratory, nodded to the Anbu guarding outside the barrier, and whispered, "Send more people, ensure the safety here, don't let anyone get close."
