At the crossroad where the lights intersected, Maeve Lane looked at him leisurely, "You got the medicine but didn't apply it. What's the point of carrying it around, are you going to take it back home as a collectible?"
She clearly saw Julian Fairchild's face darken after she said that.

Julian Fairchild shot her a cold glance, unscrewed the cap with one hand, poured it directly onto his knee, and then tossed the bottle of medicinal wine to Maeve.
Without looking back, he walked away.
"You..." Maeve held the small bottle and thought for a moment before catching up with him, "Are you in a bad mood?"
