We strolled around the castle.
For them, it was just a simple walk or sightseeing. But for me, I was thoroughly searching for certain things that I could use to complete my plans.
"This place really changes a lot."
The castle was no longer the place I knew.
Everything changes.
"Are you familiar with the castle?"
Realising it might take me forever to find any valuable information due to a lack of knowledge about the castle's landscape, I decided to ask for help.
"Hmm? Well... Not really, but... Depends. I'll just do my best to be of help. Just tell me what you need."
A splash of refreshing cool vapour could just fill the atmosphere the moment I heard what she said.
"How convenient... "
I was like lucky. Won't my everyday life here be too easy with her around?
"Thank you very much, Kiezy. I really appreciate your help."
"Oh, don't mind it. It is our obligation as elite knights to assist each other."
Good. This is good. If things don't go south, I could safely say I finally got myself a useful tool!
'Haha... I am not that bad. Don't worry; I'll handle you with care.'
This is what I've thought as I plan for her to make my work easier for me.
"In that case, do you have any idea where the safe is for the kingdom's history?"
"The kingdom's history? Hmm... I think we will have to be in the library. Uhm, why suddenly... "
"Library huh? Let's go! Lead me the way."
"Y-yes... It's this way... "
"Eh...!? Library? Why there? Books are only for idiots! Why write things in books if you will just eventually forget them?"
(Zetra only considers things that are interesting; and discards those that are not. Probably. If they're interested in it, why forget it? So there shouldn't have been a need for books? Is probably her way of thinking.)
"Zetra, humans are not as free as you think. Books are necessary for them."
"Huh...? How inconvenient."
"Yes. Human life is inconvenient. So just play along with it."
'Ugh... I can't catch up to their conversation. Is Kiezy sure she can understand what Zetra was talking about? Well, whatever. I should just focus on my goal.'
I finished that thought with a smirk.
'History books, here I come!'
I exclaimed in my mind enthusiastically.
We arrived at the library.
"Huge... "
I have my sight upward scrutinising the gigantic room containing bookstacks filled with finely organised books.
"Uh, loners... "
Hara, looking at the knights who were just on their own reading books, mentioned.
"Ah... It's true... "
Replied the blank-headed Zetra. For what blank-headed, because it seems she doesn't need to think before talking. But it was not as if she were an idiot. She's just probably awesome. I guess...
"Hara! You should join them. They are your fellow loner."
"Huh? Where the heck did that come from? Cut it out. It's not funny."
"Huh, you're not? You just state it plainly that you don't communicate with people."
"Shut up. I just don't see the necessity of wasting time on nonsense talks."
"Ha! Right! You're a loner."
Shiiing...
Metallic sound could be heard as Hara let her sword out a little from its sheath.
"What was that!? You want to play!?"
Respond Zetra who wants to play. Yes, to play.
"That's enough, you two."
Kiezy gave notice.
Thud...
One reader closed his book and its sound thud loudly.
"You guys are being noisy. Please keep your voices down."

"Was that supposed to be a warning?"
Zetra talk to herself. She was probably just wondering if the guy was acting too great to himself.
Well, even for me, such attitudes are not funny. If they're angry they should just say it bluntly. Such attitudes are just attracting people to get furious.
"You little...!"
"...!?"
Zetra were letting out a massive aura.
"You can act like that in front of me. But in big sis...? You...!"
"Zetra!"
"...!"
Phew... Since when did this girl even get Kiezy as her big sister? Aren't you guys just fellow knights? Sigh... Well, what was important was that she instantly complied. What a very short-tempered girl.
How about the other one?
I turned my sight to Hara.
"Uwaah... "
She's glaring like there was no hope for the world.
"Seriously get a hold of yourselves. Such attitudes are just common."
"Well then, Mr. Yui. Shall we get going?"
"Sure."
We then go get ourselves a table.
The guy who just scolded us began muttering on the side with sweat.
"It's not what you think... "
He muttered with his eyes clouded over with nervousness.
A loner indeed. He probably doesn't have any way of advising us more politely.
'Seriously you should train your communication skills.'
I just gave him an apologetic smile as we passed by him.

"Ahhaah... This is boring! Weren't we supposed to be strolling around the castle? I seriously don't want to stroll books!"
Lazily sitting and wearily leaning on the table, Zetra weakly complained.
"Just go find yourself some books. I know there will be some that you will find interesting."
Advised her big sis.
"...? Will there be...?"
Looking around, Zetra found Hara already searching for books.
She then immediately got up and went to her.
"Wait, let me choose too!"
"Eh? Just find some! And don't shout!"
["...!"]
The whole reading audience at the library reacted.
Ugh...
'Will they be okay?'
Well, it's not like they always fight. I just met them today after all. But for as I know, they're quite the best pair. An extra energetic child, and supposedly a loner.
I think everything will be okay. Yeah. There's nothing to worry about. I don't have the time and I don't want to pick up books of such quantity. Those two might mess the bookstack after all.
"Don't worry."
"Huh?"
"Those two might look like troublemakers but that's just what they are. They probably just can't adapt to this kind of activity. Or should I say, lifestyle?"
"Lifestyle?"
"Ah, no. What I just want to say is that they won't mess things up like that."
"If you say so... "
My sight immediately went to scanning the library.
'Ugh... Too many books... '
"Then! Could you help me gather history books? I don't think I would be able to find the book that I need on my own."
"Sure! I will be glad to!"
Kiezy replied with a beam.
"Thank you!"
How convenient.
We then began collecting books of such a category. Fortunately for the diligent arrangement, it was easy for us to collect what was needed.
The table got filled with high piles of history books.
"Alright! I'll take care of everything from here!"
"Ah... Ahaha... Your voice Mr. Yui. Haha... Well, just asked me if you need assistance."
"Will do."
Without further ado, I immediately get to reading. However, just for a moment, I wondered where those two were. I've realised it has been oddly quiet.
I checked out for them across the books.
"Huh?"
'Uwaah... '
They're indulging in some books.
'What are they reading?'
For Hara who is supposed to be a loner, being interested in books will not be that surprising.
'Novel I see... '
She was immersed in a drama story or something like that. Something like taking care of family.
But for Zetra? I can't imagine a book that could make this lass settle down.
When I set my sight on it.
"What the heck is this?"
Kiezy noticed my somewhat surprised reaction which is why she also leaned in and got closer to take a look.
"Oh? Let's see what you've got interested in."
She said as her eyes began to scan the pages.
"Eh?"
Just like my reaction.
"It really is interesting... "
Kiezy commented after seeing the uniqueness of the book.
It was really one of a kind.
It was a book filled with images. I don't quite understand yet but, yes. It's quite eye-catching. Especially for such kind of people as Zetra.
I could just smile as I withdrew to my chair. I then picked my book up and continued reading relieved of the fact that Zetra finally found something that she was interested in. No noise, and no bad feelings. Just a quiet place where everyone gets what they are pleased with.
"Big sis! They're featuring us here! See!"
As I was just about to experience peace in my reading (or searching?), Zetra got alive again.
"What now... " - I muttered.
Was it a bad idea that Kiezy came to observe?
Well, we're already there so I may as well just take a look.
I uninterestedly turned my sight on the page that Zetra were pointing to.

My eyes could just widen.
