Some pressure was taken off of my shoulders when another panel slipped overtop my status page, showing off a calendar that was extremely simplified compared to my previous worlds; here there were eight months that all represented a season.
There were the obvious primary four - Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall - but then there were the in between months named after the four sister Goddesses who interlocked each of those seasons, being Vernali, Rosili, Autumn and Nixim - for Winter-Spring, Spring-Summer and so on respectively.
Each month had 45 days that were structured into five separate nine day weeks; the first three days of the week were your days off while the remaining six days were work days, which sounded 'bad' but at the same time didn't sound too terrible since now I would have two actual full days of instead of just one.
Everyone knew that that first weekend day was just... spent doing as little as possible because of your exhaustion, causing you to overload that second and final day to get everything done... also known as not getting any real rest.
I would need to get used to living it, but to some degree I was acclimated to it since I had played the game so damn much... though I knew the game and this reality were going to be extremely different from one another.
Anyways, staring at the calendar made me rather happy because today was the first day of Spring, meaning I had today and two full days before the start of the game, which began on the fourth of Spring.
Even then this first week was just introductions to all the classes, spent doing icebreakers with your peers and placement tests to get a good understanding of who knew what and where our Professors were meant to begin.
This was the Introduction to 'Mythical Academy: The Newcomer's Story', where you were shown all eight of your classes and told what was expected in order to not fail the game; remaining above the required grades in each class was easy enough so long as you did well on the various training mini games and tests that had answers based on your gameplay.
What element was strong against what, how to learn and improve spells or other fighting techniques, what monsters lived where and so on and so forth; everything that you would encounter by playing the game or by simply studying in those classes if you weren't doing that sort of thing for your play through.
Like I stayed away from spells for my first play through because I wanted to make my character into a muscular futanari who slept with practically everyone thanks to the incredible charm that came with that sort of physique and personality.
Very different from what I was like in real life but that was what made it so damn good to play, which meant that in order for me to pass the classes that encompassed Magical Theory I needed to study and make sure I understood the system well enough to just pass based off of that.
But... now that all my stats were at 1 and everything was actually real, would I still want to become a melee fighter... let alone a combatant at all?
Everything was real, which meant the monsters I had found challenging were waiting out there to consume me, that the assassins and rogues and other evil doers were out there as well... so how did I want to do this..?
That was for future me though, and since this was an RPG there were obviously hidden items that could make anything easy in the immediate future; items that weren't hard to get and items that would do me a lot of good down the road as well so long as I utilized them right.
So I imagined the screen in front of me closing down, leaving me in this dark, quiet room all alone and having to come to terms that I was actually living still after taking a bullet to the side of my head.
That I was in a world I had often dreamt of being in, that I was going to be the main character for the first time in my life..!
It was exciting, but at the same time it was incredibly daunting since I knew what was happening in this world; the political unrest, the dark schemes between Professors and students, the monster hordes that were growing, all of the surrounding countries vying for more control over this neutral Academy...
There were so many things that I needed to take note of and attempt to account for going forwards, but at the same time my information was now subject to immense change since this was all real; I had read enough books to know that these worlds never stay the same the moment they are made reality.
Things change, especially with the introduction of someone like me, someone who was going to be picking and choosing who was helped and what events were able to unfold properly or be halted completely before they happened.
Before that though I was immediately curious about myself, to see if I had changed at all besides the obvious, which was currently stiff between my legs; I still had no idea how to feel about it, but the instant I recalled all of the gorgeous characters that were so easily seduced or courted I knew I had been blessed.
A world of only futanari and women was going to be incredible to live in as someone who definitely preferred the fairer sex, but at the same time I wasn't unaccustomed to the pleasures that a man could provide.
I wasn't a virgin, but I was immensely shy and quiet, so my one and only partner had been a nerd who shared my interests; we experimented for a few weeks before discovering that we were both... well, to put it simply, he wanted me to play around with his prostate more than he wanted to take me.
I also wanted to have a woman holding me down and using me, so we stopped the carnal side of our relationship and just helped the other find someone if at all possible; last I recalled before we went to different colleges he had become some jock's 'best friend', so I hoped he was happy.
For now though... I was here, in this world of only women - some of whom had dicks - knowing damn well that I wouldn't mind being someone's 'best friend' nor would I shy away from being able to experience the bliss that came from what was now between my legs.
