Cough
A young man, in his early 20s, wakes up with a horrible cough.
He cannot think or understand what was going on other than the feeling of suffocating pressure in his chest, like his lungs were filled with water, which was the reason for his uncontrollable coughing.
After about a minute, the pressure in his chest starts to reduce as he starts to vomit warm liquid.
Finally, he starts to breathe, taking in air as if he's been saved from drowning; he clears the tears from his face and eyes as he calms down. He sees crimson red blood that he vomited covering his hands.
He finally starts to notice his surroundings; he was near a gigantic lake, which was next to a road where a carriage was standing, and surrounding the carriage were bodies.
Bodies of people in black clothes and hoods that covered their faces.
There was nothing else other than giant trees whose leaves were half yellow.
The young man tries to stand up in panic but falls in the mud due to the blood loss, which made him weak.
He pulls himself toward the nearest tree as he keeps looking around to make sure that there is no one other than him alive.
There was no one even after 10 minutes of waiting. That makes the young man calm down.
"Where am I?" he asks himself as he feels cold in the faint rain and starts to look around. The first thing he finds is a curved-blade knife on the ground he had woken up movements ago.
He picks up the knife and notices a faint green and cyan colored blade connected to a dark red wooden handle made of multiple layers.
