It's been a week since Tetsuya had reincarnated as a devil and while he likes the benefits, it's also such a pain. Rias had explained that now that he was a devil, he would have to take contracts, which annoyed him, but he didn't feel like arguing about it, so he did them, and well, it was some wild adventures.
One guy had summoned him to play him in some kind of fun fighting game, then there was the girl who made him watch her cosplay in different outfits and ask for his opinions on them. Then there was also that weird guy who summoned him, who was carrying baby oil and trying to get him to come to some party and give him a suspicious-smelling drink.
All in all, it's been chaotic with a dash of training his abilities and working out with his physique. Along with Rias trying to pamper him, Akeno trying to tease him, Koneko mostly still being indifferent to him, and Kiba's face giving him less trauma than it was originally. God, what the fuck did he get himself into?
Tetsuya stood in front of a mirror with his shirt off, checking out his gains. His body was finally starting to gain some tone, but it's nothing particularly impressive yet; still no six-pack or muscles for days, but it was an improvement.
He sighed, he swore if he had to do any more contracts today he would go crazy as he put on the rest of his school uniform, grabbed his bag, and started the walk to school.
When he approached the school, he noticed two women standing at the gates, greeting students who passed by, but they mostly looked as if they were making sure that the morning ran smoothly.
Tetsuya observed their appearances. The first one was a pretty short woman with a slim figure, she had black hair styled in a bob cut with violet eyes. She gave off a vibe as the strict type.
While the other woman standing next to her was a bit taller and had long straight black hair that extended all the way down her knees alongside split bangs and heterochromatic eyes, one light brown, the other violet, along with a rather impressive chest compared to the shorter girl.
Tetsuya recognized them. The more he observed them, the two student council members who, he knows, are also secretly devils, the student council president, Sona, and vice president, Tsubaki.
They seemed to notice Tetsuya's presence as they made eye contact. Sona's gaze felt sort of calculating, which would unnerve others, but Tetsuya didn't let him self be affected. Tetsuya decided to be the first one to greet them with a small smile, "Good morning."
Sona looked intrigued as both said "Good morning" back. Tetsuya can say that the anime really didn't give Sona much justice. She definitely looked a lot more enticing in person. But we'll, when you're in a peerage with a woman who acts like you're someone to be spoiled, and another woman within it is a walking Cock tease, it didn't make him blush.
Sona then spoke up again and said in a lower voice so nobody overheard, "Your Rias's new pawn she raves on about aren't you?" Tetsuya nodded, "Yeah, the name's Tetsuya Kiriya, although you probably already know."
Sona looked almost amused. "Very well, since we're being polite, I am Sona Sitri, and this next to me is Tsubaki Shinra."
Tetsuya nodded politely, "Pleasure to meet you both then."

Tetsuya forced his expression not to shift, but thought, "Oh, so it still exists after all. Damned thing hadn't popped up all week, yet now that I meet Sona, it wants to remind me that it exists."
Tsubaki still didn't talk mostly just being observant while Sona spoke up again and said "Do you play chess?"
Tetsuya shrugged, "Sometimes I know a thing or two, you could say."
"I see perhaps we could have a match in the student council room sometime. I'd love to test your skills." Sona said with a slight tilt of her head, intrigued.
"I'd be down whenever I get the time. I'm a busy man nowadays, all these contracts make me wish I were just in hell." That made both girls have to stifle a laugh at his expense.
"You'll likely end up there in due time anyway. Now you should go ahead, you wouldn't want to be late to class."
"Yeah, I should sadly see ya around then Sona." Tetsuya said, waving behind him as he walked into the school building. Sona and Tsubaki's eyes were trained on his back until he disappeared.
"What do you think of him?" Tsubaki finally spoke for the first time, a flicker of curiosity in her tone.
"He seems quite interesting. Rias lucked out in getting a pawn like that, it seems. But I won't complain much, she needs it more considering her.. circumstances."
The two continued to converse in private as they eventually made their way inside. Sona found herself looking forward to seeing how good he was at chess, although the thought hadn't even crossed her mind that he could beat her, considering her own circumstances.
Later that day, Tetsuya went to ORC, munching on some chocolate, only to not find anyone there yet except Koneko, who sat quietly on the couch. They both nodded silently in greeting before he sat down and waited for the rest to come. He noticed Koneko was eyeing his treat, and so instinctively he took a spare bar out of his pocket and tossed it to her, which she caught and mumbled, "Thanks."

"No problem," then they sat in a comfortable silence and snacked as more and more people came inside the room until everyone was gathered there.
Rias sat at her desk and said, "No contracts today."
Tetsuya immediately became happy fucking finally!
Rias then smiled, "Instead, we have a stray devil in my territory that we have to dispose of."
"Just when I thought I had a day off," Tetsuya said and face planted into the couch as Rias and Akeno giggled at his expense.
"Soon, Tetsuya, I promise for now, we still have work to do." Rias said, amused, "Now come on, everyone, let's get this over with."
Everyone then gathered around the magic circle and teleported, appearing at an abandoned theatre at the edge of Kuoh. Tetsuya cliche horror movie.
"Something smells tasty out there. I wonder just how edible it is" Said a woman's voice coming from the entrance. the upper half of her was naked and somewhat attractive. While the monstrosity on the lower half of her looked absolutely hideous.
"Stray Devil Viser! For your crime of abandoning your king and selfishly pursuing your desires at the cost of my people's safety. We will be the ones who execute you!"
"Nice speech, which anime did you steal that from Otaku." Tetsuya couldn't help but tease, making Rias blush and glare at him, "Not now Tetsuya!"
Viser grinned savagely as she looked more demonic. "I'd like to see you try, you little bitch. I'll smash your skull open and see if your blood is as crimson as your hair!"
"Rias, let me handle this one. I got some shit to work through."
Tetsuya stepped forward, his voice calm but edged with intent. Rias frowned, concern flickering in her eyes.
"Tetsuya… are you sure you can handle it alone? Don't push yourself too hard."
He gave her a lopsided grin, rolling his shoulders as if loosening up before a warm-up. "I'll be fine, trust me. If you think I'm struggling, then cover me. I'll count on you."
Rias hesitated, but before she could respond, Akeno's sultry voice slipped in "He looks confident. Why not let him try? Besides…" Her lips curled into a teasing smile as she leaned close to Rias, "…if he does manage it, we could always reward him~."
Rias turned red instantly. "Akeno!"
Tetsuya just chuckled under his breath, muttering, "Gotta love the motivation…" before stepping onto the field.
Viser, the stray devil in question, licked her lips as her gaze roamed over him. "Ohh, you're a handsome one. Maybe I'll keep you as a life size dildo when I'm done with you."
Tetsuya's smirk didn't waver. "In your dreams, you ugly bitch."
Her grin snapped into a snarl, and with no hesitation, beams of red energy shot out from her exposed chest, vicious lasers erupting from her nipples, scorching through the air toward him.
Tetsuya moved instantly, sliding low to avoid one beam and twisting aside from another, the heat grazing his cheek. He retaliated with a flick of his hand, manifesting an ice lance that he hurled straight at her monstrous leg. The frozen spear struck with a crack, piercing through flesh and ice, spreading across her limb.
"Ghhraaagh!" Viser screamed, staggering as the frost crept up her thigh. "You little brat! Forget the dildo, I'll rip your dick off and beat you with it!"
She lunged at him in fury, her claws swiping with more speed than Tetsuya had anticipated. He raised his arm in defense, and claws raked across it, leaving a deep gouge of blood.
"Damn" he hissed, stumbling back slightly. Behind him, the rest of the ORC tensed, their eyes wide with alarm. Rias's hand was already half-raised to summon her destruction, and Kiba took a step forward with his sword drawn.
But then they froze. Because, despite the wound on his arm, Tetsuya was smiling.
"Perfect," Tetsuya whispered. His voice wasn't strained, wasn't panicked. It was calm. Excited, even.
Viser tilted her head, confused for only a moment before Tetsuya's hand slammed flat against her stomach.
"You'll be my first test subject," he said evenly, his eyes glowing faintly in the darkness. "Cleave."
There was no visible strike. No grand explosion. Just a whisper of air and an invisible slash that erupted from his palm.
Viser's grin froze on her face.
Then her body split in half from the point of contact, the slash carving her apart as cleanly as a hot knife through butter. Blood sprayed in the air as her two halves crashed to the ground with wet thuds.
The ORC went silent, processing what just happened.
Tetsuya looked down at the stray devil's remains, flexing his hand with a casual shrug. "Huh. Guess she wasn't as durable as I thought."
The way he said it flat, nonchalant, like he had just broken a practice dummy sent a chill through the group.
Koneko's eyes almost light up in approval. "Cool."
Kiba narrowed his eyes, gripping his sword tighter as he tried to process what he had just witnessed. Akeno pressed a finger to her lips, a little shiver running down her spine, half from shock, half from excitement.
And Rias… her gaze lingered on Tetsuya with a mix of awe and worry. Because whatever he had just done wasn't simple magic. It was something entirely different. Tetsuya had learned something completely new in just a week
Tetsuya glanced back at them, still smiling faintly. "What? You all look surprised, like I just committed a war crime."
"I don't know why I even act surprised anymore," Rias said with a sigh and used her power of destruction to clean up the corpse. Then she stood in front of him, hands on her hips as she stared him in the eyes, "When we get back, you're going to tell me whatever that was.
"Don't feel like it" Tetsuya said nonchalantly, making Rias pout, "Tetsuya!!"
"Here we go again." Tetsuya grimaced in his mind as the group walked back toward the magic circle. He doubts Rias is going to let him go home anytime soon without a explanation..
