The interviewer smiled warmly at the IDOL'S and asked them to explain their new hit song, "Same Girl." The group exchanged nervous glances, unsure of who should answer the question.
"I think Adriel should do it," Kai suggested, nudging his group member.
"No, no, let Jace do it," Adriel countered, shaking his head.
The group's banter continued, with Jace suggesting Han should answer the question. Han, however, deferred to Kai, saying, "Kai, you do it. After all, you're the speaker of the group, and you know English better."
Kai nodded, taking a deep breath. "I'll do it," he said, a confident smile spreading across his face.
The interviewer nodded, satisfied. "Are we good?" he asked, and Adriel responded with a thumbs-up.
"Well," Kai began, " 'Same Girl' is about how we met a girl, a beautiful girl, who's living next door, and how we've been watching her, observing her moves, way of talking, and behavior. And everything about her reminds us of a girl we once loved, our ex, who died in an accident. Although this girl is different, she has the same personalities, it's like she's our ex reborn."
The interviewer's eyes lit up. "That's great! And that song is my favorite, I even have it in my playlist." He held up his phone, showing the song's title on his screen.
The IDOL'S laughed, pleased that their song had resonated with the interviewer.
"We're glad you like it," Jace said with a smile.
The interviewer's smile grew wider. "Can you guys sing it for us? We'd love to hear it once again, if that's okay with you."
The group hesitated, discussing something among themselves before Adriel spoke up. "Sing, sing, sing, please!" the crowd chanted in unison.
"Okay, okay, if you want to hear it, then we'll sing it," Adriel said, a mischievous glint in his eye.
The IDOL'S nodded, preparing to perform their hit song live on the show. The anticipation was palpable, and the crowd was on the edge of their seats, eager to hear the song that had captured their hearts.
