Leaf: this is a official battle between Giselle vs ash one vs one. The battle is over when one pokemon is unable to battle. trainer send out your pokemon.
Giselle: go cubone take them out.
Then cubone come out.
Ash: so this cubone a ground type? Well then fearow I choose you.
Fearow come out and they scared of this pokemon of course.
Giselle: such a powerful pokemon.
Ash: I treat my pokemon equally. Beedrill can be very angry if one of it's rival got defeated by someone.
Leaf: you ask for it, begin.
Ash: fearow peck.
Fearow using peck on cubone which it's running around fearfully. Due to the size of fearow causing it to runaway and can't defeat fearow. Giselle are more worried because her cubone keep running away and she afraid to see her beloved pokemon got hit badly.
Giselle: wait I forfeit.
Gary: hah!! I knew it.
Giselle return her crying cubone with ash hugging fearow. Beedrill are more satisfied to see it defeat that puny pokemon.
Ash: you see Giselle, you made me using 50% of my power. But you have to remember, type advantage or disadvantage doesn't mean anything. Winning or losing doesn't matter...the loser will rise to become winner because of their bond and trust with pokemon. In the afternoon Joe decided to go on journey to become Pokemon master. Even Giselle too even her graveler and cubone will go to the journey together. Which mean ash have another rival that will compete in tournament. With that they go to another adventure again.

Note: ash kanto starter are only two due to no team rocket, squirtle squad wouldn't meet ash. But Misty instead.
