Chapter 12 - Chapter 11- Children of Demon Killers

When they arrived at the museum, Madonna and Sammy told Wendy the bad news: they did not believe they were Payara; they were doing something worse. Wendy; her husband, Josh; the photographer; and her brother Cyrus, the sportswriter, were unsurprised.

Sammy did not show it, but he was disappointed in Wendy, who had written a negative article about Madonna. He knew Madonna's past.

"Sorry, Madonna. I saw Head Freeda Monica while you were in the kitchen. She told me everything. Thank you for saving my father and my family."

Madonna cried when she told her that. Wendy asked Madonna for forgiveness for writing a hateful article to sabotage her election.

Madonna became a lawyer and wanted to be elected a citizen representative lawyer. Blue City residents need to vote for her in the coming election. Her job description was to help Blue City residents understand the laws and their rights. Based on the open positions, she could be a city prosecutor or a public defender in court. The election will be in three weeks.

"Tomorrow, if we survive today, I will write a true article for you," Wendy said.

"Wendy, I am willing to go public and tell the whole story to clear your father's name," Madonna said.

"Thank you." Wendy hugged Madonna.

Sammy was disappointed that the Owl newspaper had printed something untrue. Even if Wendy corrected her errors, they would have put the article on page seven rather than the first page, as in that day's article.

Derek, Symone, Simon, and George entered the museum to arm the people and gather fighters. "Oh, my land, Derek, you remind me of your father,"

"Uncle Sammy, I don't think they are Payara," Derek said. "I know," Sammy admitted.

"What are we going to do?" Symone asked.

"You are doing the right thing," Sammy replied. "We need to prepare to protect ourselves."

"This is the best scoop of the year," Wendy said. "We should report it."

"I took pictures while we were moving boxes and opening the second floor so we could walk around," Josh said.

"I don't mind if you report it, but after we get out of here, take pictures and videos, release it later, make a documentary," Sammy answered.

"We need to show the world that you cannot mess with the Children of the Demon Killers."

Derek said, "But we should not show our cards until we win." "The future general of the Blue City," Sammy announced to

Derek.

"Oh, my land, Symone Chainshah, who played Anna in the

Brave Knights movie," Josh said when he noticed Symone.

"All those kids are actors in the movie," Cyrus remembered.

Symone Chainshah was the daughter of two famous Chaplin stars, William and Shannon Chainshah. They died in a bomb accident thirteen years ago; Symone lived with her father's family. She used Chainshah as her stage last name. Symone Haarshah was her true name. Her uncle, her mother's brother, directed a movie named The Brave Knights, which was the adoption of The Adventures of Knight Richard and the Brave Knights by Abram Nightparable, three years ago. Mateo Chainshah was a leading actor, director, and producer. Symone, Simon, and George also acted in the movie. The media widely publicized that the film was based on a banned book; it was a bad influence on the youth. Token was a social media website where The Brave Knights was available to watch for free with advertisements.

"Mateo saw the novel in my house," Madonna said. "He enjoyed the book, so I told him ask the Head Freeda to help him find your father."

"This movie did not have a chance," Josh said. "I love watching this movie. I watched it a hundred times."

"Kathy watched it every day," Wendy said.

Wendy, Josh, and Cyrus went to make videos and take pictures of the hardworking men and women who tried to stop the bad guys. Sammy and Madonna sat together alone and searched the news archive for famous gangs that fit the profile more closely than the Payaras' Fangs gang. Madonna was happy that she made peace with Wendy. Sammy focused on the problem at hand.
