It's no big deal to just learn from the Ancient One. This magic was borrowed with my own ability, why should I return it?
If you have the guts, come to Earth and bite me!
Without realizing it, Tony Stark was also influenced by Lin Feng and started thinking about freeloading.
Thor and Odin, on the other hand, just found it absurd. Loki could actually become the Sorcerer Supreme in some timelines? Could anything be more ridiculous than that?
They even had a feeling that maybe even a dog could become the Sorcerer Supreme.
*[But fortunately, it won't be long now. The Ancient One really should die. Just look at how expensive the special effects are every time she appears, it's hard not to die.
After all, as everyone knows, the Sorcerer Supreme, the Ancient One, died from expensive special effects, and Tony Stark died from expensive pay. (Manual dog head)]*
Everyone was puzzled. What did that mean?
What did they mean by the Sorcerer Supreme, the Ancient One, died from expensive special effects!
What was even more absurd to Tony Stark was how he died from expensive pay?
Although if those Hollywood companies wanted to hire him to make a movie, the pay would definitely be very high. After all, the income from making movies was, although not insignificant, but he wouldn't want to bother to earn that little bit of money.
But dying just because his pay was too high was a bit ridiculous.
Could the cause of death be any more absurd?
Why was Lin Feng running his mouth now?
[Just for the special effects, if the Ancient One didn't die, there wouldn't be enough money to burn! (Manual Dog Head)]
With the appearance of a title, everyone saw a video appear.
They all clicked on it.
In a pitch-black ancient courtyard, a group of people wearing South Asian-style training clothes walked in.
Everyone looked closely, and these people seemed familiar. Suddenly, they realized. Weren't these the followers of Dormammu, the Dark Dimension lord, from the Doctor Strange video before?
The scene shifted, showing a sorcerer locking a book and then being surrounded. They were instantly lifted by a magical whip, and their head was then sliced off.
Afterward, the book that had been locked was taken down.
Leading the group was Kaecilius. He examined the magical book, reading the section on how to sacrifice to Dormammu, the lord of the Dark Dimension. He tore the page out and discarded the rest.
But as he was about to leave, someone nearby spoke.
"Master Kaecilius, that ritual will only harm you!"
Hearing this, Kaecilius almost immediately prepared to cast a spell and escape. He knew very well that he couldn't possibly be a match for the Sorcerer Supreme, Ancient One.
Then, a shocking scene unfolded before them. Just by opening a door, the scene instantly transformed from an ancient South Asian courtyard to the bustling metropolis of New York.
"A teleportation array!"
This concept immediately entered the minds of the group, and at the same time, a hint of envy rose in their hearts. No matter how many times they saw it, they still thought it was incredibly convenient.
But they were only halfway through their escape when they suddenly saw the space in front of them shattering. They had entered the Sorcerer Supreme, Ancient One's, Mirror Dimension.
Then, an even more incredible scene unfolded. With the Ancient One's spellcasting, the entire city began to rotate like building blocks.
The ground turned into walls, and the walls became the ground.
"Hypocrites!"
Kaecilius roared, and both sides jumped onto the walls of the buildings.
With the Ancient One's spell, the walls of the houses seemed to roll towards Kaecilius and Dormammu's followers like waves.
And those mages also attacked her, deliberately showing off their terrifying strength. Their battle took place on the walls. Those villainous mages would almost certainly be swallowed up and die by the rotating buildings if they were not careful and fell.
The whole action was clean, crisp, simple, and direct.
Even though the enemy was numerous, they were no match for the Ancient One. Just a flip of a wall nearly wiped out a group of mages.
At the critical moment, Kaecilius hurriedly used his Sling Ring to create an exit, and he and his followers fled through it.
This saved them from being killed.
Facing Kaecilius and the others, whom she couldn't catch, the Ancient One didn't pursue. Instead, she conjured a portal and left, disregarding the bodies she'd left strewn across the Mirror Dimension.
Then, everyone saw her walking down the street in a modified monk's robe, and after removing her hood, she revealed a bald head.
The scene ended there, just a brief battle, but everyone was left in awe; the battle between mages felt so magical to them.
"So, in that mysterious space, the buildings flipped, and there was no one inside. I think it might be a spell," Hill said.
"This explains why, despite our surveillance systems covering the entire world for so many years, we've never found these mages. It's not what we thought before, that they could use time magic to repair the fluctuations caused by their battles.
That was our misunderstanding..." Nick Fury nodded, then continued, "We previously thought that every mage could cast time magic, but now we know that our previous inference was probably wrong. Only the Time Stone's possessor, the Sorcerer Supreme, can cast time magic.
I think the Time Stone should only be for the leader of the mages, like the Sorcerer Supreme. The current Sorcerer Supreme is the Ancient One, which is why Lin Feng said she used the Time Stone to observe the future."
But the future Sorcerer Supreme, at least for a time, should be Doctor Stephen Strange. So, for that period, he would have the Time Stone.
Later, it's unknown what happened, but the Time Stone may have been lost or broken. Therefore, Doctor Stephen Strange wouldn't have the Time Stone to use. That's why he needed to use that dangerous spell when helping Peter Parker."
"So, they, including the mages who are Dormammu's followers, have a way to avoid being monitored by secular powers.
That space should be some kind of universal magic. In there, they can easily twist buildings, change battlefield terrain, and even not be perceived by ordinary people.
Even if there are some unhandled corpses inside, it doesn't matter. From a scientific point of view, it might be some other dimension, plane, or parallel space?"
Nick Fury speculated somewhat uncertainly.
