A surge of immense black magic erupted, condensing into a massive fist no weaker than the abomination god's own.
The colossal fist tore through the air with unstoppable force and smashed straight toward the abomination god.
Boom!
The collision between sub-god and a true god-level being unleashed devastation beyond imagination.
The shockwave shattered the protective barrier Effie had conjured. As only a demigod, she simply could not withstand the force of such titans clashing.
The abomination god was driven back several steps by the black magic fist, but that was all.
A sub-god, while mighty, was still beneath a true god. The gulf between them was impossible to cross.
"Impressive power, but still too weak. Without stepping into that realm, no amount of struggle will get you there. That cloak of black magic… I'll be taking it."
The abomination god sneered. His hand blurred into a shadow and reappeared with a thunderous slap across Bismarck's body.
The strike hurled her like a cannonball, smashing her through a row of skyscrapers in the city.
With Effie's barrier gone, the shockwaves of battle spilled once again into the real world.
The massive commotion had already alarmed the city. Before, the magic barrier had hidden the scene from ordinary eyes, but now the truth was fully exposed.
At Gaban University, General Ross, who had originally planned to capture Hulk, stared in shock at the towering monster. His eyes were wide with disbelief.
"Bruce? That's Bruce!"
Betty immediately recognized that the towering monster was Banner.
"No… this isn't his true strength. He's in pain. This isn't his will. Someone is using him!" Betty shouted in anger.
Ross, normally arrogant and fearless, even when trapped by Effie's magic space, now felt terror seep into his heart. Watching the sky filled with ship girls radiating divine power, he finally understood despair.
One of these women was already far beyond anything he could hope to match. Now, dozens stood together, each radiating overwhelming power. How could he ever catch up? Even if he completed his dream of creating a super soldier army, how could they ever stand against this?
For the first time since his plan began, Ross felt the urge to give up.
Blonsky, who had just injected Sterns' super serum, was in even greater despair. His body was now on par with the Hulk's. He had even claimed a new name for himself: Abomination.
His first act had been to wreak havoc in the city, trying to lure Hulk out.
But now, standing before the three-hundred-meter abomination god, Blonsky looked like nothing but an insect. The destruction he caused with all his might was nothing compared to a single breath from this monstrosity.
Shame burned in him.
He had sacrificed everything to reach this level, yet instead of closing the gap with Hulk, he had fallen even further behind. A crushing sense of failure consumed him.
With a roar of rage, he charged.
"Hulk! I'm the strongest! I'll defeat you!"
The abomination god, still locked in combat with the ship girls, glanced at him. Then he lazily lifted one enormous foot and stomped down.
Crunch.
Blood sprayed.
Abomination, dead.
Blonsky never imagined that the strength he had pursued his entire life would end beneath someone else's casual step.
What greater tragedy could there be?
The chaos had drawn attention far beyond Ross and the terrified citizens.
At S.H.I.E.L.D., Director Nick Fury's face was dark as he questioned Natasha.
"This thing's destruction rivals the Hell Gate incident. What exactly is going on?"
Natasha's expression was grim. "From what we've gathered, Bruce Banner was abducted. Some unknown force used a special method to push his strength to terrifying levels."
"Who could possibly create such a monster? Stronger than the Hulk by countless times!" Fury muttered in disbelief. Hulk was already a nightmare, and now someone had built something even worse.
If S.H.I.E.L.D. could acquire such a method, humanity's future could be completely reshaped.
Natasha's voice cut into his thoughts. "Sir, do you remember the inhumane experiments I reported last time?"
"You think it's the same group?" Fury asked.
"I was in charge of that case. I know the aura well. I can't be certain, but it feels very similar," Natasha replied carefully.
Fury nodded. "Keep digging. Get me their data."
"Yes. But what about now?"
Fury's eyes narrowed. "That man in the red cape claims he's a god of thunder. Let him prove it."
"Thor? He's eccentric, but strong. He might help," Natasha admitted. Then she added, "What about Rogers? He's been waiting for months."
After a moment's hesitation, Fury nodded. "Yes. Deploy them all. My team has been waiting long enough. Time to show the world what they can do."
"Understood." Natasha left to relay the orders.
On the S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarrier, Tony Stark frowned at the display.
"With even Effie unable to stop this thing, we'd be walking to our deaths out there."
"You're right. For mortals, this battle isn't yours to fight. Leave it to me."
A burly man with a hammer and a red cape stepped forward, his presence overwhelming.
Thor.
Exiled to Earth, but now restored and stronger than before. His strength had reached sub-god level, and with it, his pride surged.
He leapt skyward, hammer in hand, transforming into a streak of lightning that shot toward the abomination god.
Tony watched him disappear, his expression unreadable.
Moments later, a man carrying a shield approached.
"He's right. Against something like that, mortals can't do much. But we can still help. I'm Rogers. Nice to meet you, Tony."
Captain America climbed into an F-22 fighter jet and roared off toward the battle.
Tony muttered to himself, half mocking, half thoughtful. "Rogers? The guy frozen for seventy years? What else has Fury collected? Monsters, freaks… Wait, does that make me one too? No, I'm no monster. I'm a genius."
Natasha and Barton entered, asking, "So, genius, what's your plan?"
"To fight monsters, you need monster-level weapons," Tony replied with a smirk.
His chair flipped, lowering him into the Iron Man armor bay. Within seconds, he was fully suited.
He keyed in a code on his arm. "Tell our people to stay clear. In thirty seconds, a super cluster missile from orbit will hit that thing."
Without waiting for their reaction, Iron Man blasted out of the helicarrier.
"Super cluster missile? Stark's ultimate weapon?" Barton gasped.
Natasha corrected him. "It's just a cluster missile. But Stark never stopped building weapons. He only stopped selling them. That's his style."
Meanwhile, at the heart of the battlefield, Bismarck, struck by the abomination god's slap, crashed through a row of skyscrapers. Even with her sub-god body, the blow left her coughing blood.
"Bismarck!" her sisters cried, rushing to shield her.
The abomination god sneered. "I told you, without your master, you're all doomed. Now I'll fulfill my promise. To hell with you all. I'll be waiting there!"
A black energy sphere formed in his palm, growing larger and heavier, twisting the sky into a storm of doom.
But just as he prepared to unleash it, a massive bolt of lightning struck his arm, shattering the sphere.
"Who dares interrupt me?" the abomination god roared, furious at the intrusion.
At that moment, a streak of fiery red light descended from the sky, like a falling meteor.
The missile multiplied, one turning into ten, all crashing down upon him.
"Human weapons? Pathetic!"
With a roar, he exhaled. The hurricane wind shredded the incoming cluster missiles as if they were paper.
Tony cursed as he retreated in panic. "Damn it, he's too strong! How do ants fight an elephant?"
Only Thor remained in the air, hurling bolt after bolt of lightning.
The abomination god coldly backhanded him aside.
"A swarm of ants dares oppose me? Then all of you will die!"
The black sphere reformed, then hurtled toward the ship girls.
Effie and Icarus conjured shields, but the sphere ripped through them effortlessly. Even Effie's magic gate could not redirect it.
If the sphere struck the ground, New York would be erased.
At that moment, a radiant divine light descended. A tall, unyielding figure stepped out.
