Raybould of Wupal, known as the Earth Prisoner, served as the deputy to Earhart of the Celestial Beast Star — a high-ranking general under the banner of Hades.
This being could assume the form of a beautiful man or woman, ensnaring humans with charm and then draining their blood to sustain itself.
In the human world, Aspros and Chris had taken refuge in the mansion of a man named Walden, who appeared to be nothing more than a loyal butler. However, Aspros immediately saw through the illusion — Walden was no ordinary man, but a disguised assassin from Hades' own ranks.
The moment he was exposed, the impostor revealed his true identity:Raybould, the Earth Prisoner.
A violent clash erupted between the two.Raybould, manipulating torrents of crimson energy, unleashed a Sea of Blood so vast that it could drown the world in a heartbeat.
But Aspros, now clad in the Gemini Gold Cloth, summoned his new technique —Jeminka Arc Light!
A blinding flash split the battlefield in two.Raybould was struck down, his body engulfed in the luminous power of the Gemini Saint.
Even so, his defeat did not mean weakness.
Raybould's Sea of Blood alone — without even invoking Poseidon's divine ocean —was vast enough to engulf the entire planet, turning its blue surface red in an instant. That was the scale of his power:a warrior of the Underworld who had awakened the Seventh Sense, and a vampire who commanded the blood of the abyss itself.
Slowly, Raybould emerged once more, dispersing the blood mist around him. Before him lay the Seabreaker Hammer — the weapon once wielded by Atuma, now fallen.
"Evil spirits… divine power… how amusing," Raybould murmured darkly, his hand closing around the massive hammer's haft.
The moment he touched it —
Zzzhhk!
A surge of violent energy shot through him like lightning. An alien will pressed against his mind —the lingering soul of the Venerable Skyhammer, one of the Serpent's apostles, still trapped within the weapon.
The two powers collided within Raybould's consciousness —his Underworld will against the Serpent's fear-born malice.Dark thoughts twisted and fused, each struggling for dominance.
If the Hammer of the Seabreaker could truly seize control of an Underworld warrior,it would spell catastrophe for the entire world.A single Seventh Sense warrior, enslaved to the Serpent's will, could bring about Armageddon.
But Raybould merely sneered."You? You think you can devour me?"
A pulse of black light exploded from his body —the Sea of Blood roared to life —and in an instant, the hammer's evil will was shattered.
The soul within the weapon screamed as it was annihilated. Its remnants were cast into the River Sanzu, flowing through the boundaries of death.
On that river's misty banks, Caron of the Celestial Sword Star, the ferryman of souls, frowned as the mangled spirit drifted past."Damn fool," he muttered. "You didn't even warn me. Do you know how much I could've earned for this soul?"
And so, the Seabreaker perished. The once-mighty divine hammer was now just cold metal in Raybould's grasp —its godly light forever extinguished.
Raybould glanced at it with disdain."Go back to your master's halls of greed. What use would the Earth Palace have for this trinket?"
Meanwhile, in Europe, beneath storm-darkened skies, two men stood before a Gothic castle.Their attire harkened back to the Middle Ages — black cloaks, pale faces, and crimson eyes that gleamed like blood under moonlight.Behind them stood a third figure, dressed impeccably in a butler's uniform.
"Master Count," the butler said softly, "this night feels… unusual."
The first man turned slightly, revealing his identity —Count Dracula, the legendary lord of vampires.
In the Marvel world, there were many species of vampires —but nearly all traced their lineage back to Dracula, the Second Progenitor. The First Vampire had been a sorcerer from Atlantis — a man named Varnae, who used dark magic from the Book of the Damned to transform himself into the first immortal blood-drinker.
After centuries of existence, Varnae had perished under the sun, passing all his power to his chosen heir — Dracula.
Dracula, the immortal lord of the night.Though not the strongest of beings, his curse defied even the concept of death. No matter how many times he was slain, he would always rise again. And as long as Dracula lived, the Blood Clan could never truly die.
Now, as thunder rolled overhead, Dracula gazed into the black horizon. He could feel it — a malignant power awakening in the distant ocean.
"Earhart," he said, his tone cold and ancient, "tell me — what's happening in the world?"
Yes — Earhart.
The same Earhart of the Celestial Beast Star, a vampire warrior of Hades' army, was now standing obediently behind Dracula as his "butler."
But this loyalty was nothing more than a ruse.A grand design of the Underworld was in motion.
"Your Excellency," Earhart replied respectfully,"eight divine hammers fell from the heavens not long ago. Each one grants its wielder the power to rule the world."
"Sledgehammers…" Dracula murmured, closing his eyes. "I see.Inform my descendants to stay within their coffins for now.No one acts without my command."
"Yes, Lord Count," Earhart said with a bow.
But as he turned to leave, a gleam of bloodthirst flared in his eyes.To him, bringing the entire vampire race under Hades' dominionwould be the ultimate tribute to his god.
And his first target —was none other than Count Dracula himself.
Deep in the ocean's black abyss, in a place untouched by time,a pair of ancient eyes flickered open.
From the depths rose a colossal figure —a forgotten god, erased from both history and myth.
His decaying armor groaned with each movement. The sea itself seemed to recoil from his presence.
This was the Serpent, the World Serpent — Jörmungandr —the old god who once brought fear itself upon the Earth.
The fallen king of terror. The ancient god Orochi…had awakened once more.
"What power is this…" he rasped, his voice echoing through the deep."To drive the divine will from the hammer I bestowed…"
A faint, wicked smile curled across his aged face —and his dim eyes gleamed with interest.
