SUMMARY:
"The Restarted Life" follows Ethan, a man who dies and awakens in his teenage body, years before his mistakes. Armed with memories of the future, he's determined to rewrite his story especially his goal to become rich. This time, he knows who is real and who is fake.

STORY:
Ethan (thinking): "This… is my old dorm ceiling?"
He sits up and starts observing his room.
Ethan: "The last thing I remember is that I was killed by a gangster after he betrayed me."
Ethan: "It looks like I am back in time. I am 17 again… I have to start everything from the beginning."
He opens the desk drawer to find his journal.
Inside, he finds an old leather journal — "How to Survive".
Ethan: "Perfect… I already know the ending. Now I just have to rewrite the path."
He flips through the pages — fitness guide, how to earn money, etc.
The alarm rings. "Oh, it's 8 a.m. I have to go to class because I'm 17 again!"
He puts his journal in his bag so that he can read it later.
The campus bell rings — lecture starts in ten minutes.
Ethan (thinking): "Right… back to the part where I was just another broke student."
He heads for the classroom.
The hallway is noisy — laughter, footsteps, old voices he hasn't heard in years.
He steps inside the lecture room.
Three familiar faces turn toward him.
Marcus: "Yo, Ethan! You look like you saw a ghost."
Ethan: "…You could say that."
Aria: "You're late. Same old Ethan."
He freezes for a moment — not from their words, but from the flood of memories.
Ethan (thinking): "Marcus… Aria… I remember exactly how your lives turned out."
Ethan: "Sorry, I just… didn't sleep much."
Marcus: "Playing games all night?" (laughs)
Ethan (thinking): "Probably… who knows."
He takes his seat, eyes scanning the room.
In the back corner, a hooded figure sits alone.
Damn, if I'm right, he's Aren — one of the top gangsters who controls Asia, and one of those who kills me.
But this time, I know what's going to happen.
Their eyes meet for a split second.
Aren (quietly): "You've come back too."
Ethan's grip on his pen tightens.
Ethan (thinking): "Wait… what? So… I'm not the only one with a second chance."
Ethan: "Then it's going to be an interesting year."
