CP9? Sengoku frowned in confusion. That unit was supposed to be a special division under the World Government. Why were they contacting him directly?
"Fleet Admiral Sengoku, during the course of our mission, we encountered escapees from Impel Down and engaged in battle. The enemy is extremely powerful. Requesting immediate Marine HQ support. This operation now involves the ancient weapon, Pluton!"
"What?!"
Sengoku shouted, nearly roaring into the transponder snail.
He never imagined that this group of escapees wouldn't go into hiding but instead stir up chaos wherever they went!
"This meeting is adjourned! The target has reappeared! Kizaru, Aokiji, take a Marine HQ fleet and split into two groups, immediately deploy to Water 7 and Enies Lobby to provide backup!"
"Yes, sir!"

Waters surrounding Enies Lobby
Floating across the waters near Enies Lobby, dozens of Sea Kings, large and small, lay sprawled out, lifeless and defeated.
At the front of the speeding Rocketman sea train, Shiranami Hakusei's body crackled with black, iron-like Haki and surging electricity. As the energy slowly dissipated, everyone from the Straw Hat crew and Franky Family looked on in utter shock.
Even the masked Sniper King was trembling, clutching the top brass of the Franky Family tightly.
What kind of monster was this guy?
They could still vividly recall the scene just moments ago, Shiranami Hakusei single-handedly taking down dozens of Sea Kings in a flash of thunder and lightning.
Chills ran down their spines. The sheer strength left their hair standing on end.
Too strong.
While Luffy was starry-eyed, gushing over how cool Hakusei's moves looked…
Zoro, Sanji, and the others were far more level-headed.
The fact that someone this powerful had suddenly joined their ranks was no small matter.
"Hey, moss-head," Sanji muttered, flicking ash from his cigarette, "this guy's strength is absolutely insane."
"Good thing he's an ally for now," Zoro nodded seriously.
"Let's just hope he doesn't become an enemy later," Sanji added, exhaling deeply.
But while the others were stunned silent, Shiranami Hakusei couldn't care less.
His entire focus was on the system check-in point ahead!
"I wonder what good stuff I'll get this time?" he grinned handsomely, clearly in an excellent mood.
As the train approached the main gate of Enies Lobby, Hakusei stepped forward and waved his hand. He and his group were heading out first.
With one effortless leap, Shiranami Hakusei vaulted off the train and dashed across the waves with pure excitement.
Everyone else was scared out of their minds.
"Hey! Isn't he a Devil Fruit user?! Why isn't he sinking? Why the hell can he run on water?!"
"This has to be a joke! I must be dreaming!"
"This completely breaks the laws of reality! My whole worldview is crumbling!"
Luffy, too, couldn't hold back. Just a second after Hakusei's jump, he activated his powers and launched himself into the air, soaring over the Enies Lobby gate.
As the train rolled in and Shiranami Hakusei's group approached the front gates, the stationed Marines and Government agents stiffened in alarm.
"State your business!"
"Just passing through. Here to pick someone up," Hakusei replied casually with a wave of his hand.
"Scram! Do you even know where this is?!"
Hakusei didn't even glance at the guards. Ignoring them completely, he began leading his group forward as if they owned the place.
"Quick! Shut the gates! We're under attack!"
"Enemy attack!"
The gatekeepers, seeing the group brazenly charge in, panicked and raised their rifles, opening fire without hesitation.
Shiranami Hakusei's eyes turned cold.
Before the bullets could land, his body burst into radiant arcs of lightning, his Haki flaring to its full extent, deflecting every shot. The other three members of his group weren't fazed either, easily swatting away the attacks.
"You fired first," Hakusei muttered, his voice icy. "Don't blame me for what happens next."
With a flash, he vanished from sight, the first to attack. His three companions immediately followed.
To the stunned Marines, it was as if Hakusei had disappeared entirely. All they could see was Marine after Marine dropping like flies, and screams of pain ringing through the air.
Strike after strike, not a single trace left behind.
That was the level of devastation he unleashed.
By the time Shiranami Hakusei reached the first gate, the path behind him was littered with fallen bodies. Not a single man stood.
Usopp's eyes nearly popped out of his skull.
"HOLY, this is insane! Is he even human? That's not something a normal person can do, he's like a god!"
"This is terrifying. I feel like we're just here to escort some divine being!" one of the Franky Family members cried while trembling in Usopp's arms.
If Hakusei had heard that, he probably would've smirked and replied, "You're absolutely right."
While the others were still stunned, Hakusei lifted his hand and unleashed his strongest lightning spear. The gate, once believed to be impenetrable, exploded into splinters.
The guards behind the door sprang into action, but it was too late.
Hakusei barreled through like a raging beast from myth, cutting down everything in his path.
Anyone who tried to stop him, be it human or god, was crushed without hesitation. No exceptions.
To his allies, it looked like a one-sided slaughter. But to the Marines and Government officials, it was absolute horror.
Anyone who came near him was either maimed or outright killed. Those lucky enough to survive were missing limbs. The unlucky ones had their heads severed or their chests pierced straight through.
Who the hell could survive something like this?!
Within just 15 minutes, the entire front island of Enies Lobby had become a living hell.
Marines and agents lay sprawled in every direction, no rank or race spared.
Even the three giant gatekeepers, towering guardians of Enies Lobby, were taken out in a single blow. Though still breathing, they were barely clinging to life.
The entire island was thrown into chaos. Those who once acted with arrogant pride, self-proclaimed avatars of justice, had never seen anything like it.
To them, the four advancing figures looked more like reapers, harvesting lives with terrifying precision and overwhelming force.
Before long, no one dared get close.
Any Marine who spotted them would immediately crawl into a corner and tremble in fear, not even daring to look directly at them.
This horrifying scene also completely stunned the Straw Hats and Franky Family, who had just finished climbing ashore.
They had come in with loud declarations and big plans, ready for a massive battle.
But the moment they stepped inside… they froze.
"What the hell?!"
This guy's power was completely off the charts!
Earlier, they'd seen the guards at the front get taken out. That was fine, less than a hundred people. It made sense.
But now?
There were nearly 500 bodies lying all around the island. Those still standing were either sobbing, muttering nonsense, or clinging to corners in full mental breakdown.
The shock of it all was indescribable.
The four "culprits," meanwhile, strolled casually toward the building identified by Hakusei's system, the CP9 headquarters.
No one dared stop them.
That suited Hakusei just fine. He didn't want to waste time on cannon fodder anyway.
But just when he thought things might stay peaceful for a while…
More fools came looking for death.
