Mrs. Ito's eyes widened slightly at Shayera's quick response, a flicker of surprise crossing her face. She quickly recovered, maintaining her professional composure.
"My apologies, Ms. Lafayette," she said smoothly.
"I simply wanted to ensure your comfort and convenience."
She gestured towards the villa's entrance.
"Please, allow me to show you around. The staff has prepared a welcome refreshment and the children's rooms are ready for them."
As they walked through the grand foyer, Shayera couldn't help but notice the impeccable attention to detail that permeated every corner of the villa. The floors were polished marble, the walls adorned with exquisite artwork, and the air filled with the subtle fragrance of cherry blossoms and sandalwood.
Aella and Zephyr were practically bouncing with excitement as Mrs. Ito led them towards their rooms.
"There is housekeeper that cleans your villa every Wednesday morning 10:00 am all the neighborhoods have this, as you can tell they are three stories in this villa, let me show around from the first floor, to the bedrooms, movie room, game room, pool, kitchen extra," Mrs. Ito said.
The first floor was a sprawling openplan space, seamlessly blending the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Floortoceiling windows offered panoramic views of the bay, flooding the room with natural light. The living room was furnished with plush sofas and comfortable armchairs, while the dining area featured a long, polished wooden table perfect for hosting lavish dinners. The kitchen was a chef's dream, equipped with stateoftheart appliances and a generous island for food preparation.
"The movie room is on the second floor along with the game room," Mrs. Ito explained as they ascended the elegant staircase. "And of course, the children's bedrooms are also located on this floor."
Aella and Zephyr practically sprinted towards their rooms, eager to explore their new personal spaces.
Aella's room was a whimsical wonderland, decorated in soft pastel colors and adorned with fairy lights. A plush canopy bed dominated the space, surrounded by shelves filled with books and toys. A large vanity table sat near the window, complete with a mirror and an array of art supplies.
Zephyr's room, on the other hand, was a vibrant and energetic space, reflecting his playful personality. The walls were painted with scenes from his favorite cartoons, and the floor was covered in a colorful rug. A race car bed served as the centerpiece of the room, surrounded by action figures and building blocks.
"This is amazing!" Aella exclaimed, twirling around in her new room.
"The best ever!" Zephyr agreed enthusiastically, already zooming his race car around the floor.
Shayera smiled warmly as she watched her children revel in their new surroundings.
"Ms. Lafayette, your room is on the third floor you also have an office, art room, and a gym room on this room, Mrs. Su said that you have sleeping and your favorite baby pink so we made sure your bedroom is like a cloud nine where you can relax and sleep."
Shayera's expression softened as Mrs. Ito led her up the final flight of stairs to the third floor. The anticipation of stepping into her own private sanctuary was palpable.
The moment she opened the door to her bedroom, she gasped softly. It was even more breathtaking than she could have imagined. The walls were painted a soothing shade of baby pink, and the room was bathed in soft, diffused light. A massive, cloudlike bed dominated the space, draped in luxurious silk linens and adorned with plush pillows. A large window offered stunning views of the city skyline, creating a sense of tranquility and serenity.
Beyond the bedroom, a long hallway led to a series of other rooms. The office was elegantly furnished with a large desk and comfortable chair, perfect for working on her culinary projects or managing her business affairs.
The art room was a haven for creativity, filled with easels, canvases, paints, and a wide array of art supplies. It was clear that Mrs. Ito had anticipated Shayera's passion for art and had created a space that would inspire her to create. Finally, she reached the gym room, a stateoftheart fitness center equipped with the latest exercise machines and weights.
"Mrs. Su was very specific about your preferences, Ms. Lafayette," Mrs. Ito said with a polite smile. "She wanted to ensure that you had everything you needed to feel comfortable and at home here in Osaka."
Shayera walked over to the window, gazing out at the sprawling cityscape below. The lights twinkled like stars against the darkening sky, creating a mesmerizing panorama.
A wave of gratitude washed over Shayera. Grandma Su's thoughtfulness and attention to detail were truly remarkable. It was clear that she wanted Shayera to feel welcomed and supported in this new chapter of her life.
"Thank you, Mrs. Ito," Shayera said sincerely.
"You've done an exceptional job. This is… truly wonderful."
She paused, considering what to say next. A flicker of determination sparked in her eyes.
"Tell me, Mrs. Ito," she said, turning back to the estate manager.
"What are the security measures in place here? I want a detailed overview of the villa's security system, including surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and emergency protocols."
"The villa is equipped with a stateoftheart security system, designed to provide maximum protection and peace of mind. We have a perimeter fence with motion sensors, surveillance cameras covering all entry points and vulnerable areas, and a sophisticated alarm system that is monitored 24/7 by a private security company. The gates are controlled remotely and require biometric authentication for entry. Furthermore," Mrs. Ito continued, her voice taking on a more serious tone.
"we have a dedicated security team stationed on the property at all times. They are highly trained professionals who are equipped to handle any situation that may arise. They also conduct regular patrols of the surrounding area to ensure the safety and security of the residents." She paused, allowing Shayera to absorb the information.
"We also have a panic room located within the master suite, in case of an emergency."
