Chapter 13 - Chapter 13 {Robotics School}

The aroma of freshly brewed coffee and warm pastries wafted through the villa, a testament to Shayera's culinary skills. She hummed softly as she finished arranging a platter of croissants, fruit, and yogurt—a simple yet satisfying breakfast spread.

Stepping onto the plush carpet of the staircase, Shayera began her ascent, her footsteps silent and deliberate. She paused outside Aella's room, gently placing her hand on the door. Taking a deep breath, she opened it and peered inside.

Aella was still deeply asleep, curled up under a mountain of blankets. Her face was peaceful and serene, her expression untouched by the worries of the world. Shayera smiled softly, resisting the urge to ruffle her hair. Instead, she leaned down and whispered gently,

"Aella, sweetie, wake up. Time for breakfast."

Aella stirred slightly, her eyelids fluttering open. She blinked sleepily, focusing on her mother's face. A small smile spread across her lips as she recognized Shayera.

"Morning, Mama," she mumbled, stretching languidly.

"Morning, my little star," Shayera replied, her voice warm and soothing.

"Come on, let's go eat some delicious breakfast."

She then moved on to Zephyr's room, repeating the gentle ritual. Zephyr, however, was a much more energetic sleeper. He mumbled and tossed in his bed before finally opening his eyes with a burst of enthusiasm.

"Mama! Are we going to play games today?" he asked excitedly, already bouncing with anticipation.

Shayera chuckled at his boundless energy.

"We'll see, Little Galaxy," she said playfully. At the breakfast table Shayera was on her phone while she looked at schools for her two kids. Her two kids are only four years old but their IQ is already at 220 both of them so it course to them everything is easy.

"Zephyr what do you think of a robotic school?" Shayera finally asked eat her strawberry.

"What do you mean?"

"Well the teachers there are none to be genius and you would learn high tech skills I know you love technology always fixing the technology so I thought about it. This school you, had admission period which ends tomorrow I signed you up last night you should pass with easy if you do get in, you will be in this school for an entire week and come home to play for weekends."

Zephyr's eyes widened, his mouth agape in astonishment.

"A robotic school? Really, Mama? That's… amazing!" He practically vibrated with excitement.

"Will there be robots to play with? And will we learn how to build robots?" he bombarded Shayera with questions, his enthusiasm bubbling over.

Shayera smiled, pleased by his reaction.

"Yes, Little Galaxy," she confirmed.

"They have stateoftheart robotics labs and advanced programming courses. It's a place where you can truly explore your passion for technology."

Aella, who had been quietly observing the conversation, piped up.

"Can I go too, Mama? I want to learn about coding and building things too!"

Shayera looked at her daughter, a thoughtful expression on her face.

"We'll see, Aella, as for you I thought of it, you love trying new things but also wants to join her entertainment industry so this school would guide you, for your school mama will drop you off everyday," Shayera said. The twins were so happy they looked at their mama with love she thought about each of them and what they like to learn their mama was the best! The two little kids possessiveness washed over them as they rushed over and hugged their mama. Yeah no one else can have their mama!

Shayera finished her breakfast, the lingering taste of strawberries a pleasant counterpoint to the swirling thoughts in her mind. The mystery of her lost memories continued to haunt her, a constant shadow lurking beneath the surface of her carefully constructed life. Ten years… an entire decade erased from her memory. It was a gaping hole in her identity, a void she couldn't seem to fill.

She pushed the thought aside, focusing on the present moment and the wellbeing of her children. After all, they were her priority—her reason for being.

Pulling out her phone, she dialed the first school—a prestigious academy known for its rigorous academic program and emphasis on the arts. She spoke concisely and professionally, inquiring about their admission process and requesting information about their curriculum.

Then, she dialed the second school—the futuristic robotics institute that had captured Zephyr …that had captured Zephyr's imagination. The conversation was shorter, more focused on the school's technological advancements and its unique approach to education. Shayera listened intently, absorbing every detail and weighing the potential benefits for her son.

After hanging up, she leaned back against the plush sofa, a sigh escaping her lips. The fate of her children's education now rested in the hands of chance—a lottery she could only hope they would win.

"Alright, my little geniuses," she announced, clapping her hands together.

"We have a busy day ahead of us! After breakfast, we're going to explore Osaka. I want you to experience this new city and soak in all its wonders."

Aella and Zephyr exchanged excited glances, their faces beaming with anticipation. The prospect of exploring a new country filled them with a sense of adventure and excitement.

The first school they went to was Zephyr school she drove for three hours straight music playing Shayera rare cared about much anything aside from the twins the moment the car pulled over at a luxurious academy.

"Mama what does it say!?" Aella and Zephyr asked in unison. Shayera stared at the Japan words.

Shayera squinted, deciphering the elegant Japanese script adorning the grand entrance of the academy. She'd been diligently studying the language, but complex signage still presented a challenge.

"It says… 'Sakura Academy for Gifted Young Scholars,'" she translated slowly, her voice tinged with a hint of pride.

Aella and Zephyr gasped in unison, their eyes wide with awe as they took in the impressive architecture of the school. The building was a masterpiece of modern design, with soaring glass walls, intricate stone carvings, and lush green gardens. It exuded an air of sophistication and prestige that both intimidated and excited them.

"Wow! It's so fancy!" Zephyr exclaimed, bouncing on his toes with anticipation.

"Do you think we'll meet smart people here?" Aella asked shyly, clutching her stuffed bunny a little tighter.

Aella and Zephyr were both playful and outgoing so of course both held each other hands like twins understanding each other.

"Big Bro! You got this if you lose who cares it shows you are weak!" Aella said. Zephyr looked at his twin sister who grinned and Shayera smiled she knows how to get the twins be competitive.

"Yeah I think my son won't be able to make it sigh oh well," Shayera said as she touched her chin.

"You two woman! Just you wait!" Zephyr the four year old shouted and puffed his cheeks out and stormed off. The mother and daughter stared at each other and high five each other.
