An alert blared on the Phantom Atlas:
"MORPH SIGNAL DETECTED — ORIGIN: SOL VANGUARD"
Kael froze. His voice cracked.
"What?"
Zara's projection flickered.
"Impossible. They… died."
"Unless a fragment of them survived," Rin said.
The team warped into a dimensional echo—a broken loop drifting outside time.
There, trapped in a stasis rift:
The Sol Vanguard.
Five Rangers. Frozen mid-battle. Eyes wide in terror.
One of them—Iva, the Green Ranger—whispered something through the loop.
"He didn't kill us… we chose it."
They watched as the loop revealed the truth.
The team had voted—six to one—to make the sacrifice. Rayen had begged them not to. He wanted to find another way.
He was outvoted.
They chose to die so the multiverse could live.
"He took the blame," Thorne said. "Alone."
The echo collapsed.
Kael turned away, angry.
"Then Cipher's rage is based on a lie…"
