Meanwhile, after leaving the room, Max could be seen walking around the hallway. Though he had just finished a whole tray of several dishes brought to him by Jake, he still felt slightly hungry and decided to head for the canteen.
'Luckily, the association doesn't function like an academy from several novels I read. They always had fixed times for doing things, but here, I can go get food as many times as I want, as long as we go on missions. And honestly, I don't even care, at least I get paid.' Max chuckled inwardly as he kept his gaze forward.
'I wonder how many months till I evolve though. I'm currently capped and have been stacking up free stat points which are just gathering dust. I need about two, maybe three, major quests that will give me crazy rewards.'
"Or you can as well just sleep with women though. To me, that is the fastest way to level up." Pix cut through his thoughts, and Max halted his steps instantly.
